I've been shopping exclusively through Hy-vee aisles online since Covid. After that on my regular one at Barlow's I continued to go to the W. Circle Dr. one I had bad luck every time stuff not being in stock. After almost giving up, I try the 37th St. location. Boy am I ever glad I did. Tiana(sp?) and the rest of the staff there have been absolutely amazing. She's always got the best personality. She's always very friendly and kind and interacts with everybody in a very respectful way. I just appreciate her and the rest of the crew at the 37th St. Aisles online because they are absolutely amazing and you've earned a customer for life. The best thing ever is the food is always fresh and delicious and the lines are never too long so you don't have to wait but if you do, it's been a very nice part of the parking lot so you have some green trees and 37th St. to look at to keep you occupied if you have to wait. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for a great place to order groceries. If you're looking for a great little gas station to their fast and fresh station is amazing they have some great deals, and the layout makes sense. The manager of that place was absolutely amazing. He was super kind and friendly answering any questions I had, and was especially kind to an older gentleman in front of me who is taking a little longer to complete his order.

The Hy-Vee gas station at 37th St Rochester often has warm food sandwiches and items that are time expired. I have tried stopping in for a quick item on the way to work several times and have found stale/old stuff on the warming display... nasty. Such a small offering of warm stuff compared to Kwik you would think that it could be inviting?

Great store! Helpful employees, and I appreciate the food offered in the Health Market section.

I just reached out regarding vegan friendly options and the person kept saying that they were not sure through out the entire call and then when I stated that online they show up under "vegan friendly", again they said again, "they were not sure". Poor customer service and everyone that I contacted including this company made my birthday horrible!!!!!! Thank you but NO THANK YOU HY-VEE!!!!!

I always come here to buy snacks because I live right next to it. The people here know me and are really nice. The hot dogs taste amazing, surprisingly 😂

We've always had a great experience at the Hy-Vee Market Grills in Rochester. They have great happy hour pricing and specials. We did learn the hard way each Hy-Vee has a slightly different menu, with the West Circle Drive has the biggest menu selection, especially when it comes to sushi!

They added this place about 10 or so years ago. If you shop at Hy-Vee you can get gas rewards. These make your per gallon price drop. Never had an issue with the fuel here.

If you want a great deal on good food and drinks, don't discount going to the Hy-Vee Market Grille at the Hy-Vee North in Rochester. Every day, their beer is only $2/glass and they have a great selection (i.e. Surley, Lagunitas, etc). For all parents out there, Tuesday are taco night where tacos are $1/each and they have the knee high buffet for kids that is free! I've had several items on the menu now and have been thoroughly impressed. Due to the convenience of eating where we normally shop as well as getting great food for a good price, this is definitely a place I'd recommend.

We used to get Hy-Vee Chinese food there often (once a month). For whatever reason, about a year ago or year-and-a half, the food and portions have gone down-hill, while the prices have gone up-hill. Our standard family food is Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, or Garlic Chicken. All last year until this month (where now I have sworn off my loyalty to Hy-Vee Chinese). The Orange Chicken is horribly dry, Fried Rice, dry, and Sesame Chicken dry - consistently bad. Portions are another issue I have. They used to absolutely stuff the cartons to the limit, seeming to take pride in how much they could get into them. But now they have been barely filling them. The first time it happened, about 5 or 6 months ago, I thought, 'It was busy. I'll give them a pass.' Now it seems company policy to fill them about 3/4 full. I had had enough the last time I was there (July 2016) and asked the guy to please fill it to the top. He said that the carton was filled. I asked again, please fill it to the top. He said, Carton is filled. I left without my Chinese and have left Hy-Vee Chinese for good. I still like to shop there, however.
