ELL Boutiques is a beautiful, cute little store located in the subway level of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. It is a favorite and a must-visit for many, offering beautiful, classic clothing as well as the newest trends. The shop is clean, organized, and full of beautiful, unique clothing, shoes, jewelry, purses, luggage, and accessories. The style is described as almost vintage modern. As a boutique, they get in new things often, so customers do not have to worry about anyone else wearing the same outfit. The customer service is wonderful, with helpful, accommodating, nice, and warm staff who are not intrusive. It is a great place to treat oneself to a new outfit or purchase a nice gift. It is important to note that the store is not cheap; things are pretty spendy. Some items feature fake Gucci and other luxury brand prints, which is a consideration for some shoppers. Additionally, they do not have a website, and return refunds are only given in the form of store credit, which can be a limitation for those not planning to return to Rochester.

I purchased a Mary Francis beaded bag from your store. One of the larger beads fell out and was lost. I contacted Mary Francis about it and they are immediately sending out a replacement. I love that bag and was so happy that they have GREAT customer service!Can’t wait to use it again!
