The staff is very friendly and they take the time to scrub your car clean before it hits the machines. Free vacuums and they will wash your floor mats free of charge.

Best car wash in Rochester, Top quality service, whoever works the office is always nice, kind and knowledgeable. Plus the people they have scrub down your car before going through the wash, have ALWAYS done a great job. If you care about your car and you don't have time to wash it yourself, this is the place to go.

We drove 1200 miles yesterday and our car front and sideview mirrors were covered in dead bugs. The wash team really worked hard and got all bug guys off! Really a gray and much appreciated job!

Best car wash I’ve found in Rochester. All the employees are really friendly and spend a lot of time spraying and scrubbing before the wash even starts. Great prices - highly recommend buying the monthly unlimited! Totally worth it, especially in the winter. My only wish is that they had people to help dry cars at the end of the line, but to be fair, I haven’t found any car wash in Rochester that offers that outside of full service.

Just like most things, you get what you pay for. Got cheapest wash for $7 and was still dirty and wet afterwards. But never had a bad experience other than this wash. Stick with the higher washes for better results!

Fantastic car wash! I’ve been the Mister Car Wash, Tommy and others around town. No one takes extra pride in pre-washing your vehicle other than this place. I will be getting membership and spreading word when I can. Look no further, this local business is the best there is!

Line long and takes way too long to get vehicle washed. Very spotty and lots of soap residue left.

Edited my review. This place has the best vacuums in town now. The wash is ok, there's is an older lady that works here that is incredible. She is by far the friendliest employee, way friendlier than the owner even. She goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy.

Very nice car wash, We had driven in from IN (10 hrs) and the truck was a mess. The attendant was incredibly polite and apologetic for the long line, (for some reviewers…a long line is an annoyance, when I see a long line…I see a thriving popular business). The wait was not very long and the vehicle looked incredible after the wash. If you want to patron a place where the folks are really nice, I highly recommend this place.
