“These guys are great. Very helpful and friendly. I struggled for months with corporate to get an online order refunded that was lost in the mail - these guys handled it in 15 minutes. Only downside is, it’s impossible to call the store. You have to go through five automated prompts and say the exact right things to avoid getting transferred to the corporate Best Buy. When finally getting a hold of someone, they couldn’t even transfer me to the department that I needed to speak with about a simple question (if my car was ready), and the call was dropped.”
“The employees are always just super cool and aren't judgmental of my friends and I when we mess around, and overall it's just one of my favorite stores to go to. “I had a great experience with Jeff today , and a week ago. I live in a rural area, which has horrible cell signal and I cant get Internet out here due to underground cable is missing . So I wasn't able to qualify for metros internet because it was saying it wasn't available in my area yet. Jeff went out of his way for me to walk out of there with internet in my hands. Her pleasant personality, patience, and professionalism would rank her to be the manager. When we returned to turn in our previous phone, we talked with the manager, we felt he did not care that we were there, was not professional or welcoming in anyway. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. This manager was by far the worst encounter I have had in all those years. 5 Stars for Jessie/1 Star for the Manager we encountered.”
