Long wait times and no clear indication of what is needed. I wasted 40 minutes trying to get my renewal. I miss living in Dodge County, that is a great facility.

They refused walk in for knowlege test on their kiosk. We were told to make appointment and there are none avalible at all there was no one in the office and it is insane that they wouldnt let my son do his writen test at the empty kiosk. Now i have to drive to Duluth becase that was the only available appt.

People who work there are racist. They intentionally harass non-white people. No one wears name badge. Rochester MN is a difficult place for non-white people .dmv folks behave consistently with the Rochester MN culture. By the way, there are some fake reviews praising the dmv staff, possibly written by the dmv staff.

I was kindly greeted by every person working here upon arrival. I was about fourth in line, and although I had an issue with my title form, it was quickly resolved by Michelle with ease and grace. Katie was super calm and thorough throughout the entire process. I couldn't believe that I was out of the DMV within 20/25 minutes and everyone was pleasant to be around. Thanks for the paradigm shift and great end of my week!

Brought my son to take his test in March, he passed. We waited in line, I had more than enough documents to prove he was my son and our address, now to find out that the DMV will not issue him a license until I bring in more documents with my address. So frustrating, we had a good experience there and now it’s causing a headache for me. Train your front desk people better.

Waited from 2:30 to 4:30 I waited 2:30 to 3:30 in line, then told to wait in the lobby to meet with a lady in the office. Waited in the lobby from 3:30 to 4:30 and watched people who came after me go into the office. Just to be told at 4:30 I wasn’t going to be helped. Friday is the only day I have available to go in because I work 6-6 Monday through Thursday. Very unprofessional and one of the desk ladies was rude and crabby. Complaining the whole time that they were busy. Welcome to customer service don’t like it there’s plenty of jobs out there! Let’s add more they said come back Monday, and then I do, now the lady is gone for 2 weeks. This place is the worst kind of joke
