This place never ceases to amaze me. We have been coming here for years to buy our tires. They were able to help my daughter with a situation, saving her about $150. If you are in the market for new tires, I highly recommend these guys. If I could give them a hundred stars, I would. This is one of the few places left in today's market where I don't feel like I'm being ripped off.

We had one bad rear tire on our campervan that needed to be replaced. . My husband spoke with Anthony, I was listening in. I hinted that I was okay with 1 new tire, and I could live with 2 new ( rear) tires. My husband was leaning towards replacing all 4 tires. So I politely removed myself but now regret it. I have never heard of a tire store that does NOT offer front wheel alignment. After we left Tire Discount we went to Mercy Hill Church to play some disc golf. Then we started to hit the road to head towards I 90. Once I got the can up to 65 mph, I felt like I was driving on ice. I got worried, took the next exit, found a dead end street and told my husband something is wrong with the front tires, there's more play in the steering wheel aka feels loose. I have driven this van from Wisconsin to California to South Padre Island and back to Wisconsin twice and I have never experienced the van handling like this before ever. I asked my husband did they perform a front wheel alignment and he said, "no, they did balance them though! " So now we have to find a place who can perform a front wheel alignment! I/we feel that Anthony did NOT have our back. He should have told us that they do not offer front wheel alignment. If he had, we would have only purchased the 2 rear tires. Not coming back!

They don't honor any of their milage warrenty for their tires they pay you half what u paid years ago. Tires are shot after 15k miles

I went in to get a patch for a razor blade stuck in the tread of my tire. The guy went out looked at my car, then came in and said he couldnt patch it and in fact i needed 4 new tires. Said the front tires were a "2".
I left and went to GoodYear and they patched my tire for $25 and told me to look at replacing my "3" front tires in the fall. Also, check for times that they have rebates to save money.
Will never go to discount tire again.

I've been going to this location many years and they continue to be dependable and go above and beyond. When i was a young single mother to now a grandmother and traveling regularly, it was/is extremely important to feel safe in my vehicles. Discount Tire staff have proven time and again, it's not just sales, it's people. Even recently when my service light came on after they rotated tires, they looked at it all again, put in new sensors, even gas money for the return trips as I traveled a ways, and they never complained and always remained calm and kind.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Today was a particularly busy day and a couple ppl were not happy with the wait. The staff kept their cool and did what they could for the customers. I was happy with my service .

Have purchased tires here over the years for all of my vehicles. Always a good experience. Recently needed a wheel rebalanced and they completed the job for free.
