“It always seems like there's a line here. I'm also not a huge fan of the serpentine path to the registers trying to sell you more stuff. I do say though that the people at the register are always very courteous and helpful.”
“Updated rating: Although so many self checkouts is still an inconvenience, it has gotten considerably better. Unfair to leave at low rating as the store itself is still a great place to get what you need.Editing rating due to new self checkout. All kinds of issues, long lines and not a single worker seemed to be trained to help. Kept getting same response, “I don’t know what to do”. With only one register open, it was a mess to say the least.”
“Reasonable prices and I was so impressed by the commitment of these employees. My car was leaking oil and they went above and beyond to find out what the problem was. I really appreciated that they showed me what was wrong and educated me. As a woman, it can be intimidating going into auto shops, but I felt so comfortable here. Tyler and Brennan are awesome! Always going here from now on.”
“JC Penny has in-stock as well as special order blinds. We purchased replacement hardware for our existing blinds but also found sheer shades for our kitchen and dining room. We were really there to buy a dress suit but accidentally found the huge selection of WINDOW TREATMENTS. Hundreds of colors, patterns and sizes IN STOCK. Displays are very clean and orderly. I don't remember seeing this area the last time I was here. Check it out. It is about twice the size as portrayed in the photographs so you will definitely find something for your home or office.”
“Marshall's HAS to stop packing their clothes so tight that you can't even spread them apart to look at them. It's getting ridiculous! They have to do better! Nobody goes shopping to fight with clothes and have half of them fall on the floor to be stepped on. Not everything has to be put out at once!”
“The store is easy to get into & around in even for wheelchairs. They store & bathrooms were clean. The shelves & racks were not over stocked so it was easy to find what I needed w/out fighting other merchandise.”
“My mom and I had the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had at Macy's, all thanks to a lovely woman named Michelle who was working near the east entrance. She was incredibly informative and helpful, we chatted while she rang us up and I want to thank her for all of her kind assistance. When my mom wanted to order a pair of pants online, Michelle found out there was one pair in the store and set off to find them. Michelle is a shining example of what 5 star service is. Thank you so much, Michelle, you made our day!”

“I've always loved Target and the South location is great. The store is kept clean and tidy (aside from the dressing rooms, which usually need clearing out), and the employees are always helpful and on task.”
“This is my favorite Target location. The staff are amazing, willing to go the extra mile both for customers and each other. Their store is always kept clean and welcoming. I hate shopping, with one single exception. The north side Target in Rochester, MN!”
“The north store is a good store but as with all my experience with walmart, they are often out of products. I bought some prime grade steaks and when opened and cooked, they were in no way prime. But overall not a bad store”
“Generally cheap prices on most things. They also have curbside pickup over on the Sam's Club side for online orders and we've used their delivery service which generally went well.”
“Another store where workers are friendly. Maybe I need to get out of the cities more. I just looked around. There was a clearance display that I assume turned and I knocked some crap off of it. The guy just laughed and said it happens all the time. I found some cute socks and a couple of stickers. Stuff I didn't really need. Probably will stop again. Cute Minnesota souvenirs.”
“We had bought a sprayer for a UTV and the pump went bad. They called the company and ordered a pump for us and took care of the warranty. They were very good to work with. Not sure how to spell his name correctly but I will try to get close- Joshiah? Sorry if I butchered it. He was very helpful. Thank you again.”
