Horrible experience! I been using Cub pharmacy for years now and I came in today to pick up a new prescription and was refused because I don't have insurance. I have the money to pay out of pocket and also I'm pretty sure that is illegal to do. They told me that the over the counter stuff is the same, but that doesn't have proper dosing or anything according to my doctor. How dare they give me medical advice that could potentially be hazardous to me. I switched to Walgreens, but I will be contacting corporate.

Stopped in when in the area to pick up a few things. Prices were different in store than on the app. Had to argue with employee about the price. They gave me the advertised price reluctantly. Items not on sale were very expensive. Won't go back. This store just feels dirty, old and drab.

Your customer service sucks and is most unhelpful...can't even have the common decency to call a person and save them a trip to find that you either don't have the med, haven't filled it in the time alotted etc..

Very disappointing! Very dirty disorganized place. Also the deli had a terrible selection of salads and meats. One cashier working a regular checkout line at 4:30 in the afternoon. I only gave it two stars because I did find a few deals. Won't be going back unless they have better selection and cleanliness in the store.

I’ve been going to Cub Pharmacy for the last few months and I’ve always received exceptional service. I switched jobs and lost my insurance recently and when I went to pick up one medication, I was told it would be 350 dollars! Needless to say I was shocked and worried because I could not afford that, as that’s almost a whole paycheck. The pharmacist ( I can’t remember her name, maybe Paige? I remember her being tall) brought up a discount code that brought it down to 40 bucks!! Seriously saved me!Yesterday I went to pick up a different one and the employee ( in training, I didn’t catch her name but she’s super pretty with long dark hair) told me she was from Kurdistan and we talked about how US insurance/healthcare is so wildly different from Kurdistan’s) was so wonderful. At first, we couldn’t find my prescription & I showed them the direct message on the patient portal from my doc saying they sent the script. She was so apologetic to the point that I thought some people, maybe even earlier in the day, had freaked out because something wasn’t ready or a mistake was made :/ I kept telling her “no worries! It happens! It’s probably just because I lost insurance, no worries! I understand!” Of course, it was going to be another 150 for this one. Oh lord. I talked with the pharmacist (Dan I think? Tall with short brown hair) about what we did for my other script last time & asked if there was one for this medication too. He immediately went to check and see. Brought it down to 56 buckaroos! I am so grateful for the employees I’ve interacted with so far, they’re always so helpful, understanding, and easy to talk to. Them going the extra mile to find a discount code for my medications is just amazing. I really appreciate them and their hard work! Thank you!

They've gotten stocked many brands that I use so now I can get all products here instead of having to stop other places.

that they need to do back ground checks on people they hire and do drug test. and teach a customer service course.people in front are rude.

The employees, mostly, are untrained, unsupervised, rude, and often seem like they're on drugs. They look right past you. They mumble. They chit chat with each other. It's no wonder the place is empty... except for so many employees doing nothing... or doing something poorly. I've given this place over a year to act like a grown-up business, not a high school detention. Apparently, that's never going to happen. You've lost a $500+ per month customer for good.

Very slow service. I always had to wait to pick up my order even after I called it in the day before. Seemed to be a big turnover for pharmacy staff as well. Cub Pharmacy works for someone who does not mind waiting. Cub pharmacy does not have my recommendation.
