I have been a happy cricket customer for many years until today. Not long ago, I purchased an iPhone from this store and was told there would be no activation fee. I specifically asked the employee to not give me a demo version of the phone. Later, noticing the phone seemed to function improperly, I saw the box said “demo not or resale.”I promptly asked my girlfriend to return the phone for me. They wouldn’t receive it.Today, after more than two months in and out of the hospital, I attempted to return it myself in person. Instead of being welcomed as a longstanding customer with multiple lines, I was rudely interrogated, asked who exactly sold the phone to me. I said, a young gentleman.He said, do you mean Theresa? The receipt says Theresa. In a questioning tone.I said, no, it was a young man that seemed perhaps inexperienced.Today’s employee spent 90% or our time arguing with me and finally judged (he said is was my word against theirs) that I was beyond the 6 days for return and would not honor the refunds.When I reminded the representative that I had been in and out of the hospital, He said, “well, you bought the phone, didn’t you!” I answered, yes, but that was before I was confined to a hospital.He refused the refund for the phone or activation. Then he called himself the judge and threatened me, strangely, with a defamation law suit if I made a Google Review. Miserable and dishonest service.Cricket has been great, but this store is not. Starting with secretly selling me a demo, not providing the rest of the bundle package, acting not in good faith, requiring multiple trips by a hospitalized individual, and general disorganization. I was calm and polite. A legal threat was over the top.If you’re headed there, reconsider. I would expect Cricket to make me whole for this purchase and activation fee. I would be happy to make one more trip to return the demo phone for a refund of both, as in this process, instead of waiting, I have bought a phone from Amazon that is on Cricket service.

He showed me everything that I would be getting and got me a nice phone and helped me set up my HBO and transfer my stuff. He for sure knew his stuff! He was friendly and very energetic. Someone tell his boss and him that he's doing a great job! Thanks and I will be coming again! ?

Great service, friendly staff and very affordable prices. Very welcoming experience and won’t deny coming back. The new store manager Annie is very knowledgeable and helped several people ahead of me getting the best deal for their money. I love how cricket has Fast 5G and is better than Verizon and T-Mobile, also how they have MAX included with hotspot and cloud storage included on their best plan. Since I’m a single line account I can save 5 dollars on auto pay but if you have multiple lines, you can save lots of money on multiple lines on the family plan!

Just stopped by about a week ago and the new store manager is awesome! So sweet and very informative! She was very patient and answered all of my questions and I had A LOT! And she helped get me the best deal and showed me exactly what I was paying for! Would for sure recommend stopping by while she’s in the store!

Extremely rude and unprofessional employee who wouldn't help me and my wife after we drove an hour to get bridge pay set up so we don't lose phone service since we need our phones for work. I only hope their other employees are better at their jobs

I am in the store right now. The worker broke the case and he would not give me a refund!!!! He asked to exchange the product but I do not want a product that is going to obviously break again. He called the manager Nicole and she will not issue a refund for a broken product. Again the worker broke the case!!!!! After our discussion he continued to ignore me and help other customers!!!! Do not waste your time and money at this trash store!!!!! Disappointing

Andrew is great to work with. He made sure everything was done from transferring my contacts and photos to applying my screen protector without any bubbles. He even talked about the liquid glass screen protector and banged his apple watch very hard on the counter! I will for sure be coming back and telling everyone to come see Andrew!
