1st road trip as a family. We drive 2 hours from Elk River down to Rochester as our mid point on the way to Wisconsin Dells. We stayed at a hotel for the night, next morning we packed up and checked out (this morning). As we all got into the car, it wouldn’t turn over. Finally got it to start but the car was shaking and smelled awfully of gasoline. My heart literally sank! Our first road trip, not even at our destination and we already have a car issue. We googled mechanics close by and popped up Complete Auto Repair. Oh my goodness, Chris saved us! Their bays all looked full and very busy but he offered to look at our car anyways, knowing that we were just passing through. I cannot thank Chris and the receptionist enough for not only taking the time to help us in this urgent matter but also being so kind. Literally in tears as I type this. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Friendly service. Fast repair. Reasonable price. Honest work. Recently took my car in thinking it needed a new AC compressor. They found an electrical issue and the AC was blowing cold again in just a few hours. They sourced and fixed the problem before installing any new parts the car didn’t need. Saved me a lot of money!

This is the only place the I take my car I recommend this playing 1000%. I feel very comfortable there. I left my car there and I never have no worries I'm very lucky to find a good mechanic again thank you for everything Travis and the entire staff to the receptionist and the all the mechanics

Every time I have needed my car serviced I have brought it to Complete Auto Repair and they have done amazing work getting me in quickly and servicing my car correctly and fast. Wonderful customer service and they will find you the parts that are right for you at a cost that won’t break the bank. 100% recommend this shop to anyone who needs service!

Had to get my Jeep Compass battery replaced and O'Reilly's system said it had to be "Professionally Installed" so I called up Complete Auto Repair and they were able to get me in. They ended up getting the battery from O'Reilly's and just charged me for the install. It quickly became clear that my auxiliary battery needed replaced. (didn't even realize this existed but it controls the start/stop, apparently I ruined this when I accidentally connected the jumper cables to it when I jumped the main battery) Again they were able to get me in, purchase and install the battery. In my experience their pricing is pretty reasonable, much cheaper than dealers. This would be my recommendation for affordable quality vehicle repair.

Yesterday, I went to Complete Auto Care because I saw that one of my headlights was out. The man who assisted me, the owner of the shop, took a look at my car and found out what the problem was. We got it fixed right away, and it was all for a great price! I highly recommend going to Complete Auto Care. This is actually the second time they helped me. I have brought my impala and explorer to Complete Auto Repair for many years now. I’ve always double checked the quotes and cost and they are always in the range or cheaper with great quality! Complete Auto Care has always helped me out. I’ve brought my car in a few times and have always been fair on prices and they are so kind. Just today I brought my car in to diagnose a grinding noise, they took care of the noise which didn’t require any real repairs and didn’t charge me anything. I had a string of really bad luck with my car last year and while going to other mechanics previously, their service and kindness went well beyond any other shop.
