Only good things to say. I had a gentleman come out here the other day to replace my Jeep’s windshield at my home. He was incredibly polite, personable and efficient. We had a nice chat as well. 100% recommend!

Amazing service! We've used City Auto Glass on multiple vehicles and found them to be great to work with. Most recently, I brought in a new vehicle that had a rock chip and the technician walked me through the fact it had been repaired once before and what the procedure would be to fix it this time around. Whether for this or another vehicle, we'll be back and would highly recommend this place!

I phoned in for an estimate.
Got the estimate and scheduled an installation for the following day.
Install called ahead and showed up on time.
The installation was great.
The price was exactly as estimated and everyone I spoke to was courteous and well-informed.
The price was quite a bit lower than Safelite.

Right on time with appointment time, was told about a hour to repair windshield. Very accurate with time allowed, satisfied with their work. Would use them again.

Had my windshield replaced by these folks recently and, since I had a camara in the windshield, it was a little more complicated than a normal replacement. I had to take my car to their service center off 37th St. and they did the job in record time--an hour and a half-- and I was pleased with the super job they did.

Absolutely amazing service. From start to finish this place was very professional and awesome! They test drove my new Tundra both pre and post windshield replacement because of programming verification on lane assist and such. I appreciate that they drive it to make sure its perfect before they give it back. Thanks you !

The rear windshield on my vehicle was smashed. My insurance company’s preferred auto glass replacement company was going to take over 10 days to fix it. City Autoglass could not only replace the glass immediately after the holiday weekend but their representative, Sue, contacted my insurance company while I was still on the phone to get the claim reassigned to them. I’m very impressed!

City auto glass helped us talk to our insurance company. The Technician came right to our house. He replaced our cracked windshield quickly. He did a good job, and answered all of our questions.

By far the most disrespectful experience I have had in my entire life. I cracked my windshield and was sent here through my insurance @ State Farm. When they replaced my windshield they broke both sides of my molding along with the clips & was told by the “supervisor” that what they broke was not fixable and they do not replace those parts. Next day driving to work my windshield started leaking and air was storming in and I had to deal with this until they could get me onto the schedule ( this was during a very rainy week) . when I called the management after a long hassle I was able to get them to schedule a day to replace the molding (10days) and was given a loan vehicle by one of the employees to use to go to work until the vehicle repair is finished , to only be threatened to get the cops called on by the lady who owns the shop due to miscommunication from the employees. Not sure if they are just plain racist or disrespectful but I do not recommend any hard working & self respecting individual to go through this businesss. From breaking parts and not taking immediate responsibility to profiling and disregarding a persons livelihood I recommend somewhere more reputable.
