3 of the 4 employees just standing around the register and when I ask one of them for help the all look at each other and laugh. Finally when I bring my stuff to the register to pay the cashier has her back to me and when her coworkers let her knows she has a customer she laughs as well. Very bad costumer service

Ordered sneakers off app had them delivered to the store went to pick them up the manager Issac couldn't find them took 35 minutes then finally figured out where they were. Wish footlocker had more of a selection because champs suck!

Absolute worse customer service EVER. Employee went in back to get a size, we waited forever and then I see him vaping in store talking to friends. When I asked him where our shoe was he said he totally forgot .
