He was friendly, informative, and made the process easy, down to advice on selecting the right transition strips for the heavier carpet and pad to meet the oak flooring. Date was set for install, and carpet arrived on time. Installers were expected at approx 0800 hrs, and they arrived at 0745 hrs. Two and a half hours later, including furniture moving and placement, they were done. These guys knew their stuff, and did a great install. I'm used to doing everything myself, as I'm quit picky.
