“We had a fantastic experience with Matt Halfond! He hooked us up with a great car, was so unbelievably friend & welcoming, including walking out to the lot as we were loading our bags to make sure we liked the car before we took off. Our key fob was low on batteries and we had to pick up a friend from the airport. Matt was able to swap out the batteries on the fob while our friend waited for her luggage to make sure the key was good for the weekend. As a business owner, I'd love to have 100 employees like Matt!”

“Airport signage is not clear. The airport is small but the Budget sign could not be seen from baggage claim and I didn’t see a rental car sign so walked outside where the ground transportation sign was pointing. I walked back in the far door and there was the rental car counter right by check in. Employees were helpful and kind. I walked out across the street and down a ways to where the employee pointed then realized I was in the parking lot and had to get out and go around the barriers to get to the Budget lot. I noticed another lady doing the same. Signage could be more clear, but not sure if it’s the fault of Budget or the airport. The car smelled like cigarette smoke, but by that time, I just rolled down the windows and enjoyed the beautiful fall day. Stopped to get a air freshener…”
