I received the best service. They explained everything they were doing and planned to do. They provided me a ride from the car rental place to the collision place where my car was. I’m very impressed with how my car looks and it drives just like new. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing their services.

Fantastic experience. They updated us when they said they would. They were done a day earlier than promised. The work was superb. Can't tell it was in an accident. Cost was lower than expected.
Our nephew Zac Breault works at one of the shops in the Twin Cities and recommended we use the Rochester MN shop, which is near us. Best recommendation we've gotten.

Living in a rural area, I unfortunately had a cute little chipmunk chew wires under the hood of my 2023 car. Alot of places didn't want to tackle the job to fix the damage. However, Caliber took on the challenge and did a great job. I highly recommend them for all your repair needs... whether Chip and Dale is involved or not in your needed repair. 2a

Wow!
From the first inspection to the extra time needed to make sure all the problem and c9des stayed out, kept me updated and withb additions or finding. I had time and it was way quicker then i thought for the ordering ad putting together parts. May be busy when you book but worth the 1 -2 week wait when they get your car it's taken care of

My experience with Caliber Collision was very good. The staff greeted me, validated me, and appreciated my business. Their shuttle truck gave me a ride to and from the business which helped me out greatly. I will recommend them to anyone who asks, and I know I will go back if I ever need body work done again.
