After just one visit, Broadway Veterinary Hospital became the only place I will take my two pups, Gordy and Rip. I had traveled with my dogs, moving from California to Minnesota and Gordy had some digestive issues that needed attention. Broadway veterinary Hospital saw Gordy right away and solved his problem quickly. Everyone at Broadway Veterinary Hospital is super nice and extremely compassionate. I recommend them to ANYBODY!

Broadway Vets was very accommodating after my beloved dog, Annie, was bitten by an unknown animal in the middle of the night. Everyone was very concerned and got us in quickly. I am so grateful to them!

We've been going to Broadway vet for years. About one year ago, the practice was sold, and since then our experience has been horrific. Let me provide some examples: 1. To start, the new owners have significantly raised the prices. A comprehensive exam fee is $89. 2. They will refuse to fill pain prescriptions for our lab that the previous owner had no problem doing as he will randomly get valley fever flare ups. They want us to come in and spend another $89 just to look at him. 3. We get a new doctor every time we go in. The last one we saw was all over the place with his diagnosis, confusing us, and Broadway has informed us that he was a "fill in" and no longer works there due to other people complaining. 4. That same visit, they neglected to inform us that our Bernese needed a 1-week follow-up appointment for his antibiotics. Now his condition is back, and they want us to bring him in again and pay another $89. Super disappointing, clearly this establishment cares more about a dollar than our pets. We're switching over to Habitat and I couldn't be happier to be rid of this place!

This is the second vet I have been to in Rochester and I am so happy because it was a completely different experience than the first vet. Everyone here was so nice and informative. The vet actually did a full physical exam instead of just glancing at my dog. Very clear on treatment options and different price points for each option. We came in because my dog had tummy troubles and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy vet practice.

The way broadway vet cared for my sick kitty Morris is the reason I will continue to come back to them. They were so gentle and loving to him and made me feel more at ease. I will be bringing my other cats in as well. Thank you again everyone at Broadway Vet!!

I want to start this review by saying this is NOT my regular vet. I have no knowledge on regular visits aside from emergencies so I can't speak on the quality of care.I had recently come in for an emergency appointment. Long story short, our cat essentially had a terminal disease and we were advised to euthanize him - a very difficult decision to make because he was just a baby. The vet and techs I had met with and spoke to privately were wonderful, but some of the information they gave me while explaining his illness was outdated compared to relatively new research within the past few years (I followed up with other vets to learn more about it)Honestly my only issue coming here was after the euthanasia. I was trying to take my time to say goodbye but literally all i could hear was a bunch of receptionists loudly talking and laughing with each other. I would consider that to be extremely unprofessional especially when they know who is there and what's going on. This isn't a huge operation, it's a fairly small building with not much going on. My only regret is that I didn't bust the door open and tell them to shut up.
