RUN AWAY
Purchased a MacBook where are they signed me up for their plus membership which I was told was completely free. Lied right to my face do not sign up for anything would not go there again.........

Typical Best Buy Store. Nothing special. I order things for store pickup mostly and usually spend a few thousand a year here. The problem is now they don’t give out rewards points unless you use their credit card so I have no reason to shop here anymore. I can get 5% off at Target instead. Bad business decision.

Not what it use to be. Bare minimum. No good unlocked phones on hand. Headphone selection sucks. Unfortunately Walmart is definitely a better choice.

They don't really have the "Best Buys" these days, I suppose no store is going to be able to keep up with the internets Big Stores... Everything seems overpriced in here, and I'd normally overlook that except I found the staff to be a little unpleasent... they get so little business that they are all gawking at you, and with heightened loss prevention tactics these days, they went in the wrong direction and treat everyone as a thief they just haven't caught yet. I don't like it, it makes me uncomfortable in their overpriced store, and unless I need a unique piece of technology QUICKLY, I stay out of there. (And they usually don't have it anyways...) So with all that being said, I think it's safe to say their glory days are over and will eventually be the next K-Mart ghost..
