Excellent customer service and thorough inspection and repairs by Babcock. They were able to get my car in immediately (starter problem, among other issues). Ben was more than patient in answering my questions and explaining the reports. The courtesy car drivers were so prompt and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the reply. I apologize for not returning your call, but I have been traveling and getting prepared to be selling a house and the best times to contact you have been during your off hours, up until now. However following your reply I no longer feel I need/want to return that call.
I do just have a couple things I’d like to say.
First, I will completely own my lack of knowledge on the details of my service history of my vehicle. However, if you are not going to look into the past history of a new vehicle you’re servicing through CARFAX or via other methods, it could be nice to ask the customer to either share or obtain that history for you to have. Because had that history been known I feel this situation wouldn’t have happened. Again, I own my lack of knowledge on that history, but I do feel I am far from the only customer who lacks those finer details of their vehicles history, but maybe I am wrong.
Second, I’ll agree with you that the individual fluid changes were listed under the “Maintenance Due” portion of the report, but with the fluid changes picture under the “Needs Attention” section in combination with a corresponding condition stating “Fluids Checked and Needs Attention” is misleading. Couple that with being told they needed to be done “sooner rather than later” after asking how urgent these were, you can see how I might think differently.
Lastly, I work night shifts and made my discovery the night proceeding this 730 AM appointment. I was not visibly upset because it’s not always my nature to be confrontational, because I was tired from working the night prior, and even after finding my service history, wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and see what I would be told after nearly spending lots of money on services that were unnecessary at that time. I appreciate the apology now, but I don’t believe an apology was only necessary at the time if I was visibly upset.
All that being said, you guys have gotten lots of great reviews and seems like you’ve done well by lots of customers. I unfortunately just don’t feel like I am one of them and no longer wish to do business with you. Thank you for your time and the services you have provided.

Amazing service and quality control. They give you a full rundown diagnostics of everything that you might want to get checked out without pushing too much to get it fixed unless the vehicle is unsafe. They run through everything they notice with you and provide images of what they saw and have red arrows pointing to specific parts they may have a leak.
