Chose this place because of all the reviews on fair pricing. However, I took my car in for an oil change and to have them look for the cause of the noise my car was making (which I already had already suggested was the brakes and it was). They had my car from 8-3 pm and charged me $264 for an oil change, $144 of which was for labor. They replaced 2 filters without asking me first and charged an additional $40. When I asked about the expenses they said they charge labor for a road test and the other tasks they’ve completed. I have never had a car shop charge me for those services before and felt completely blindsided by the cost.

I am from tx, I was here at the mayo clinic for my daughter and had car trouble. Mechanics around this town are outrageous. At B&H They have reasonable when it comes to price, quite a bit cheaper than the competition around. They are very thorough and very friendly, they have been in bussiness for a long time. They know what they are doing. What more can you ask of a shop?

I would recommend anyone to get your car serviced or repaired by B&H Auto. Rodger and Chris are absolute pros diagnosing and fixing your car. They can fix problems even the dealers can't fix. The dealers send cars to B&H!! These guys can solve any issue with your vehicle. They always treat you fair and stand behind anything they do. They are about $20/hour cheaper than anywhere else. They personify the meaning of being honest, fair, and outstanding at their trade. If you want it done right once and for all, take your vehicle to B&H.

The best auto shop in Rochester, MN. I am a woman and there isn't anything I value more than a mechanic who is respectful and is fair. Chris and Roger take the time to explain the issue and do little extras to keep cost at a minimum. Their regular shop rate is a bit lower than average, but I always feel like I get more for my money when I stop at B & H Auto!
