Unbelievably good service from the store manager, Nicole. My check engine light came on and she use the diagnostic tool to figure out what was going on, and also sold me a cheap part to fix the issue. Didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. This is truly service with integrity!

Went to Auto Zone south to get a low beam headlight. I asked the sales man if it was easy to replace and Charles offered to help me out with it….he put the headlight in for me!! Go grateful for you Charles!

Employees were great. They were knowledgeable and willing to offer any help they could. They also had all the parts I needed in stock. Would recommend Auto Zone be ur go to when parts are needed.

My car kept dying this week and I needed a battery asap! This AutoZone tested my battery and found me the perfect new battery for my vehicle, with great input on what the difference was between each battery. They installed the battery after I purchased it, the whole process taking under an hour. Super impressed by their customer service and willingness to help, even in the subzero temperatures. I told the man he is my lifesaver and today he really was!!! There’s no way I could do any of that without them.

Pretty nice place to go if you need your Automotive needs address for the most part. I would say overall that the experience we have versus going to an actual mechanic for the pricing and timing was not exactly on point. You be better off going to a mechanic even with battery installation. Overall the storage itself has what you need for your auto parts and it's pretty efficient with being a candy store for your car ? so that's always a plus!

I walked into AutoZone with my toddler looking for a headlight for my car. My husband was out of town for the week and I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. The sun was starting to set and I needed to change the headlight so I could drive my daughter to her tennis lessons. Thank GOODNESS, for Rebecka F! She saw me walk in and asked all the questions to help me out. She even came out with me and helped me change the headlights. No questions asked. I will be coming to this AutoZone from now on because of her. She made me feel comfortable in a place when I would normally feel overwhelmed.Thanks, Rebecka!!
