BUYER BEWARE! Okay, met with Evaan and things seemed fine however he came off a wee bit strong in some areas. This may just be a cultural thing or something of the sort but "if you drive and like it we expect you to buy" seems a bit much. Either way we test drove the vehicle we were interested in and things seemed to go well. A couple of key points. -Check the tires on the cars. The one I purchased definitely had some issues. I am used to large dealerships that put new tires on the cars and are up to date on oil changes etc. The tires on this particular vehicle looked nice at a glance but upon further inspection at home they are almost all damages and worn out and have cracks. In the tread and minor cracks in the walls of the tires. I was about 40 min away from the dealership when a tire SHREDDED ITS SELF. I took the tire off, lowered the "spare" and come to find out the spare was the tire that had blew and the one under the car was the one that belonged in there in the first place but was out of air and is LEAKING air. This leads me to believe that they noticed the tire might have been flat and then replaced it with the spare hoping for a quick sale, which they got. I was lucky enough to get a kind farmer to air up the tire for me and return it. Before this kind man showed up to help I called Evaan and spoke with him and he said they offer no services of any kind as I was "too far away from Rochester". After having the tire returned I put it on and limped the vehicle home. What was supposed to be a 2 hr drive turned into a almost 5 hrs ordeal. -I didn't notice at the time of walking around the car, but the oil is in need of changing as per the sticker in the window. I understand it's a "as is" car and they are just a lot for used cars BUT an oil change is cheap and if someone's is spending THOUSANDS of dollars in cash and not jerking you around with a loan then it's the least you can do. -They don't provide a work up of what's done to the vehicle by their mechanics (who ever they use). While I was sufficiently happy with what I saw I would urge you to push for more information as nothing is really PROVIDED so you will not know unless you ask. -On my drive home I noticed the car would Rev high RPMs around 30mph and higher. Then would not shift into 4th/5th gear. Limping the car home it ran "fine". I got the car home, let it sit over night and came back the next morning to see what was up. The car was at that point throwing me a check engine light.. Had the codes pulled, there is one or two bad shift cylinoids in the transmission. Talking with the mechanic, this is definitely something they would have seen before and just cleared the codes for. Again, there was NO INDICATION OR DISCUSSION OF THIS AT ALL. It will cost me another grand or more to have it fixed. *UPDATE 4/3/24: In their listing it says "no damage", "no accidents".. well, you'd be surprised to find out that after all the stuff I've been dealing with I looked up the vehicle on car fax to find out it WAS in an accident with a "moderate" damage rating and that was NEVER disclosed to me at all. So check the cars Vin first... *UPDATE 4/3/24: I spoke with the owner of the dealership and asked for a copy of the report their mechanics would have provided them. He asked if I'd wait till the end of the day and he'd get me what I need. I did ask who they do their work through and he declined to answer unfortunately. Later in the evening Evaan never showed back up to the shop as he said he would. Told me to call back tomorrow so I'll do that. I called back at around 12:00 and he isn't in the shop and won't be there as he is "at auction" *UPDATE 4/4/24: Vehicles transmission has dumped all of its fluid on the ground. It's in the shop at the moment. Absolutely infuriating that I buy this car from them and they decline to help me at all. F... me right? "You didn't get the warranty so I don't have to he

about horrible. took the car on the test drive and the salesman told us the car was perfect at driving and the Interior was good. when I got inside the car the left side near the back windshield was molding? and he said if you test drive it you had to buy it?? when we started driving instantly I noticed red flags about the car, especially about how bumpy it was. and as we were driving he kept on making sure I was going to buy it and pressuring me. then when we were getting back tot he place he pointed to the dealership to do the paperwork, when the place where we started to drive was a different place. then when I got back i said I did not want it, and then he started saying how rude we were for wasting his time and started yelling at us. u did not say anything and just left but for anyone else going here, please yell back and becuase he needs to learn. he also wanted 4,500 for this car that was MABEY worth 2,500. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!

Their whole setup is a sketchy junk car lot, no vehicles are worth looking at. These people are complete scam artists. Went to check out a van that looked nothing like the pictures/ flat tires, salesmen Evan didn't even show up when it was a three hour drive to view. Don't waste your time!

Called this company just to kind of see about the test driving policy and the gentleman that answer the phone started off being very rude, I mean seriously ?♀️?♀️ and I’m not gonna spend $20,000 somewhere where you start my buying experience like this…go somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!! FYI…. I noticed that when I was looking at all the five star reviews they were from people that only left one or two reviews ever!!! Super sketchy!!
