“1st road trip as a family. We drive 2 hours from Elk River down to Rochester as our mid point on the way to Wisconsin Dells. We stayed at a hotel for the night, next morning we packed up and checked out (this morning). As we all got into the car, it wouldn’t turn over. Finally got it to start but the car was shaking and smelled awfully of gasoline. My heart literally sank! Our first road trip, not even at our destination and we already have a car issue. We googled mechanics close by and popped up Complete Auto Repair. Oh my goodness, Chris saved us! Their bays all looked full and very busy but he offered to look at our car anyways, knowing that we were just passing through. I cannot thank Chris and the receptionist enough for not only taking the time to help us in this urgent matter but also being so kind. Literally in tears as I type this. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!”

“Dropped off my pickup to diagnose a steering problem and replace rear brakes. Steering issue was not resolved, but Galen did provide some insight on what I should do in the future.Brake parts were installed, but not adjusted. Galen handed me the keys after trying to set the parking brake without it working. He had to turn the vehicle off with it in gear to keep it from rolling away. After returning home I found excessive slack in the parking brake tensioning cable and removed the drums to inspect the brakes. The shoes were not making contact with the drum. After adjusting myself, the brakes were working properly. The ~$400 labor charge is a premium price for a sub-par service.This is my only experience with this shop. I chose this location based on reviews.Update: The shop refunded the entire invoiced amount. This was not the intention for the post, but it’s good to know my concerns are heard and considered. Rating has been updated to 4 starts. I’ll likely give them another shot.”

“These guys are great! Highly recommend calling them first! I was in Rochester from out of town. I was by myself. I had a hole in my radiator. These guys got me in the same day, found a new radiator and the next day replaced it. While they were doing that, they drove me back to my hotel so that I didn't have to wait there and then came and picked me up. The bill was more then reasonable.”

“Had a great experience with Collin’s and the rest of the crew. They sent me pictures and videos before I even decided to make the 600 mile trip and gave me all the info I needed.
They did let me know of extra warranties and equipment that was available, but weren’t pushy when I said I didn’t want anything else.
When I arrived the vehicle was clean and ready for me to drive. It was all in tip top shape and exactly as described. 10/10 would recommend here based on my experience before, during, and after.”
“Anwar and Amir saved my day today!!! They were there for me in a pinch when I desperately needed it the most. I had a super worn down front passenger tire and I was blessed to be led here for them to switch my front two drive tires. It was a quick job and I had great conversation with the technician as he was working.
