After buying a new vehicle from this dealership, I purchased the Happy Warranty for 1999.00. After I traded that vehicle in and having the current extended warranty cancelled, I inquired about having the Happy Warranty cancelled as well. Come to find out, you can not cancel this and will lose the money. You will only get a pro rated credit when buying another new vehicle from them. This was not verbalized nor pointed out during the sale or doing the paperwork. Do better Happy Jeep. You have lost a customer.

I bought a two thousand eleven jeep grand cherokee. Is 145000 Is miles. Started having problems with it the day I picked it up. First it was the air Is suspension collapsed going down the road. When this happens If you He had a bump.It'll pull the wheel out of your hand. They checked it and said a fuse was blown. Within one day the suspension started to collapse again. Next thing was the key fob , which I Asked for a new one And they would not do it. So I went to a Jeep dealer.Bought the key fob head.It programmed at a cost of three hundred and twenty dollars. Which I paid for. Dial the car will start on It's own. Will open the lifgate. You're start on its own. When I was in Wisconsin taking care of my brother.I came out in the car was sitting there running. No idea how long it sat there an idol. My brother Passed away last wednesday. Is so now i'm back home. Twice.
I've come out And the car was highling with the rear hatch open. No i've lost all daytime running lights. I have one headlight on the passenger side. Now along with the light coming on for air suspension. Is there's a light that comes on saying that the left front tires flat. From what the salesman said they are not willing to cover any of this. I'm sixty six years old and in bad health. This was going to be my last vehicle. I realized when you buy a vehicle as yours. You take the risk. But when I started having problems the very first day I bought it. And the problem is just escalated from there. These repairs could likely cost 1000 to 3000. If I sound like i'm upset I am.

Not Happy, as the name would suggest. Purchased a used vehicle and didn't make it two days before check engine light was on. I get there was no warranty, but two days? And you opt not to return calls or provide any assistance whatsoever? Two codes were obviously wiped clear by someone ahead of sale. Hopefully not serious, and hopefully not too expensive. But just a little empathy and at least a cost share would have gone a long way to make a customer happy, result in a good review, and potentially repeat business. Very bad business decision.

We had our truck towed there to have the key reprogrammed to the new ECM we had installed. After they attempted to reprogram the truck, we were informed that the ECM was bad & it still wasn’t running. So the only option was to have it towed back home. The truck was there for a week and I ended up being unable to get the truck. I asked my sister to contact them and make arrangements. She called & was told the truck was not ready. Over the course of the week she had called 4 times. They were unable to find the truck at first. Then they had transferred her to the body shop stating it was there. Then they finally informed her that she needed to speak with Eric who was the service for the truck. She left a message with Eric. The next day Eric returned her phone call, and informed her the truck had been impounded because it was not picked up. She explained to them that she has been trying to call over the last week and they told her the truck was not ready. He admitted that he had left the ticket open and why that would make his colleagues believe the truck was not ready. My sister asked for a manager to contact her. The manager, Roger, took zero responsibility for the miscommunication. So at the end of the day, I have paid $800 and still have no answers for my truck. Obviously from reading some of the other reviews, the service department needs better direction and training.

I’m good at scheduling my oil changes because I know I drive a lot. Which makes coming here a particularly often horrid experience. It’s the lack of communication between service desk, mechanics and cashier.
Example: I ask if my car is done and response “yes, paperwork should be at cashier desk” I walk to desk and notice my car is still on the hoist. So I ask cashier if she has the paperwork, she doesn’t. I go back to service desk and interupt up a group of workers laughing and talking to ask what’s up with my car. “Oh, sorry we’re waiting for your oil filter.” You have to advocate for yourself or you’ll be sitting there for 2 plus hrs to get you scheduled oil change.

We recently purchased a new 2024 Chrysler Pacifica from Happy Chrysler and our experience was excellent. From the time we stepped on the lot until we drove off with our new vehicle. Salesmen Tom and Kyle were so helpful and informative. We felt like they really listened to us and gave us the best deal possible. This is the 4th new vehicle we have purchased from this dealership formally Adamson's and have always been satisfied with the service there. Thank you so much for another wonderful experience.
