The help on the move itself was wonderful. Downsides were that I did have some items broken and the amount I was quoted was less than half of what I ended up paying in full which was disappointing.

The entire team is great to work with. Mikayla contacted us through out the entire process, answering our questions, and ensured we felt comfortable. Our moving team, Jared, Issac, and Jay were outstanding. We knew when they were arriving, wrapped and moved our furniture safely and quickly.

We are thankful for Manny and his team. They had to work in horrible “spring” weather with rain and a mix of snow. They were conscious of not getting dirt onto our flooring. They worked hard and efficiently. Very pleased with our move! Will use them again.

Moving is a stressful experience and hiring other people to move your stuff can be scary! We have used Midwest/Ace 3 times now and it always a smooth process. With a toddler and a baby on the way we have A LOT of stuff and they always handle everything in a timely manner. Mikayla who coordinated everything was great at answering my questions and working with me in short notice from buying a house to moving all in less than 1 month. In the event we move again we would use this company again and would recommend them to friends!

This company did several things well and others not so well. The estimator severely underestimated how much stuff we had. The truck ran out of space, and we were left with our items all over the yard, garage and workshop. Movers smelled of cannabis. Someone fell down our stairs. This was unclear if it was due to impairment or fooling around. The movers broke the storm door pneumatic door open/closer, lower-level walkout basement door lock lever, and damaged the drywall arch in the front entrance. The storm door was repaired by my wife, and we were able to patch and paint the wall. The drop off was smoother as they only broke one item off the refrigerator and made a dent into the freezer. Movers did not call morning of pick up but did call before drop off. Movers were polite, removed shoes and asked questions. Booking process was easy and Mikayla was polite and knowledgeable. The efficiency was as expected, and price was competitive as well. This was an overall OK experience.

We recently used the services of Ace Moving & Warehousing Rochester, MN, for our move, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They were attentive and responsive from the moment we first made contact. The move itself surpassed our expectations! The movers were exceptionally punctual and efficient. What could have been a stressful situation evolved into a smooth and seamless transition. If we ever need to move again, we will not hesitate to contact Ace Moving & Warehousing.

I was so nervous to hire movers to help me move into my new home. I was recommended to this company from a friend and I couldn’t be more satisfied! They moved everything in a timely manner, they communicated well, and made this such an easy process. Definitely recommend!

They were great and very friendly movers that helped my parents with a recent large move. However, we did lose 3 boxes in the move that could not be found including brand new items. They were helpful to try and resolve, but ultimately never found the 3 boxes - could have been lost or stolen so just FYI.

Ace was very easy to schedule and get an accurate estimate of costs. There were no surprises on cost or anything for that matter. They handled our stuff gently and were very easy to talk to and understanding of our needs. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I'd definitely recommend.

The Ace movers from Rochester were amazing ! The 3 young men moved everything I asked with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They had some large items to get out of a basement and they did it professionally and safely. I will use them again in the future for moving needs !

This was my first time hiring a professional moving company, and I was very impressed by the work done by the team at Ace Moving and Warehousing. Mikayla communicated well and answered all the questions I had before the move. On moving day, they let me know when they were 15 minutes out and arrived within the scheduled window. The team worked well together and were friendly and upbeat. They worked quickly but carefully. Nate in particular was really great. When I told him my new house had just been painted, he reassured me that they would be extra careful not to damage the new paint. They completed the move faster than the estimated time. When one item was damaged in the move, it was easy to submit a claim and they responded quickly with an offer to reimburse me for the cost of the damaged item. All in all, it was a very good experience and I would hire them again for a future move.
