I really don’t go to this pharmacy a lot but every time I’ve gone to the drive-through or called in for assistance . I get this young man name Adnan (hope I spelled your name right). He is so kind friendly, Understanding and always willing to make Accommodations for customers. Long story short by pharmacy was closed today due to the pharmacist not feeling well. I called this walgreens to see if I can get one prescription transferred there to get it fill here . In the past I have not gotten a good experience at this location. Although he couldn’t make it happen at the time that I needed meds . H explained the issue and was able to give me other options which is later today. honestly I don’t see a lot of great customer service these days in Anywhere. I am really amazed by his ability to problem solve , while multitasking, yet respond in a calm and courteousmanner. It is very clear that he really enjoys helping people by the way he shows compassion and communicates with them. Just wanted to say thank you so much and I really hope Walgreens knows that they have A great employee. ??????

This is the worst pharmacy ever, the people working there are all Dbags and elitist snobs. Never go to this pharmacy unless you want to have your day ruined.The only reason I tried to use this pharmacy is because it's near my work and I have very little time to get supplies for my brother.These people are the reason why my diabetic brother has to reuse his syringes for weeks at a time.

Placed a same day delivery order for an inhaler because I was desperate and every where else was out of stock. I placed the order at around 7:30pm before the cut off of 8pm. Got a message that the order was delayed as of 8:30 pm. I called the store only to find out that the person had totally forgotten about my order and it is now pushed until tomorrow because of the 8pm cut off. I will not be using this Walgreens ever again.

The pharmacist was using my phone to look at my insurance to apply it to my meds. Gives me my phone back with it calling someone from my contacts….. my contacts aren’t even right on my homescreen. Sis played around in MY phone and then proceeded to berate me telling me I don’t have all my insurance information when I do… and then told me to basically try something else. When I could’ve just paid for my stupid medication right then and there with no problem. But she was very rude and dismissive which is crazy when you are disrespecting someone else’s privacy. Safe to say I obviously didn’t get my medication. Just got my privacy violated yay me..

One of the workers were extremely rude. I’m not sure if she was the manager or not but one of the items were locked and she flipped out on me.

The pharmacy is completely incompetent at every level. I had to place a total of 3 calls to be able to FINALLY speak to a real person after 30 minutes on various holds (by the way, the first person was clearly overseas, I guess everything is outsourced now).I was waiting on hold, informed I was the first in line after 17 minutes and then the phone rang and rang range about 15 times and then disconnected. NOT HAPPY. Tried again and the same thing happened again. Walgreens is dysfunctional from corporate on down and you can tell by the quality of the people they hire. Go across the street to CVS. It can't be any worse.

The first 2 times I called the staff wasn’t very helpful and they didn’t know what was going on.However the second 2 times I called 2 female staff were very kind and helpful I wish I had gotten their names.

The people in the pharmacy are so rude. I waited on hold 2 hours to be hung up on then I come to the pharmacy and they tell me I have to wait until 705 pm I come back at 715 and am told I still have to wait and when I commented it was ridiculous the way they are dealing with people I was told I can go somewhere else.

It was one of the worst customer service I've had at this location, and it was probably around 8:20-8:30pm. I only rated 2 out of 5 stars because the gentleman tried his best to help me, didn't give up, and had a positive attitude. Unfortunately, I had a bad service from a lady working there who did not want to be there, rushing everyone in line to hurry up because this will take an hour to get through the line of 5 people, and putting her coworker (the gentlemen who helped me) down, and told him my photos were not ready. Long story short, she could be more uplifting to the customers and her coworkers. I understand that when it's busy, it can make staff overwhelmed or stressed, but it doesn't help to put others down. Just be kind to everyone! I'll continue to support the store and always be kind to everyone. You never know how their day was, but an act of kindness goes a long way.

The parmacy is the worst!There is this big headed pharmacist who makes decisons contrary to your doctor"s orders.Most of the staff are rude If I could give a negative 10 star i would !!! they make you call them if there is a problem with your prescription but,they do not answer their phones.I've called Walgreens pharmacies everywhere in Minnesota and most of them answer in the third ring.This is the only store who has a recording saying thatyour call is third or whatever in line.An hour and a half later you are still in line.NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR CALL!!!Stay away from this pharmacy!!This place has become very,very toxic!!!New people checks up on you to see if you are stealing something! I've been shopping there for almost 20 years now.This store is going down the drain!!!!Will forward this review to Walgreens headquarters..

Racist african american woman here was extremely rude to us! treated us as if we don’t understand english and gave us attitude saying her manager left so nobody could open the locked merchandise. She was being unnecessarily rude and offensive to my family when we speak and understand english clearly! If you want to check the cameras we were here on July 28th 2023 at 530-555pm around this time in the shave needs aisle.

This pharmacy would spam me with emails every other day for a month that my prescription was being refilled, then delayed, without providing a reason. I’ve never been able to call and talk to a human being. The nearby Hyvee pharmacy is more reliable and competent.

They have me the wrong diabetes medication and the right medication. They also sent me with a bunch of needles I didn't ask for. This was over 100 dollars worth of mistakes. They would let me return it even though it was unopened. It took days to talk to the manager. She said I could get my money back so that was nice.

I have literally never been able to pick up a medication on time or get the accurate medication. There's always some issue between the internet system and the phone system and the actual store. I got a text 2 days ago saying two prescriptions were ready from my auto refill, I went out of my way to pick them up today and was told there were no prescriptions for me and I couldn't get them until tomorrow but I'm leaving town tomorrow, so the whole thing was pointless. I really wish there was literally anywhere else near me to get my prescriptions filled.
