once again finagled by the god forsaken walgreens pharmacy. I am usually in constant need of either my rescue or my everyday inhaler but for the past 2 months i’ve tried to order both with no avail. apparently per what the dude who answered the phone said they don’t order my everyday(even tho i’ve tried to order it multiple times ?) and my rescue was discontinued! It sucks because I know it wasn’t this was a real concern I had that my dr assured my brand wasn’t apart of the brand(flovent) that was being discontinued. I think it’s time for them to get another round of training. How are they just okay with their employees giving out false information to customers:/ walgreens in BP is where it’s at and they don’t leave you on hold for an hour!

I have no experience with the pharmacy department, but I have had to stop into this walgreens a few times recently for some photos/photo projects. Every staff member that I encountered was very nice and willing to help right away. That has absolutely not been my experience at another close by Walgreens. I did not see any employees just sitting around, every person seemed to be doing something, although I've only ever seen 2 people working at a time.

This place is dumpy. People have set up shop to fix cars and sell drugs in the parking lot. When I notified the clerk they didn't really care. They thought it was cool. The parking lot was also dirty and smelled of drugs and used motor oil. This store is no longer safe.

Alright as long as you don't want any drinks (usually any popular are out of stock forever!) or medications...pharmacy is always "closed" conveniently for them not you, by 4:30 5 5:30 whenever they want. Are really rude in pharmacy usually as well.

Pharmacy all but one employee are great. One appears to not know what is going on. Front counter people look like something that was dragged in off the homeless line. Not professional hoodies up, stocking caps on just not inviting or professional at all. Store is not clean and not well stocked. When not busy employees should be cleaning and stocking. Really sad to see how this location has gone downhill. Management should require your employees to dress professionally and be welcoming. Except for the pharmacy I go elsewhere for other items or have the pharmacy ring them up where they actually dress and speak professionally

I really don’t go to this pharmacy a lot but every time I’ve gone to the drive-through or called in for assistance . I get this young man name Adnan (hope I spelled your name right). He is so kind friendly, Understanding and always willing to make Accommodations for customers. Long story short by pharmacy was closed today due to the pharmacist not feeling well. I called this walgreens to see if I can get one prescription transferred there to get it fill here . In the past I have not gotten a good experience at this location. Although he couldn’t make it happen at the time that I needed meds . H explained the issue and was able to give me other options which is later today. honestly I don’t see a lot of great customer service these days in Anywhere. I am really amazed by his ability to problem solve , while multitasking, yet respond in a calm and courteousmanner. It is very clear that he really enjoys helping people by the way he shows compassion and communicates with them. Just wanted to say thank you so much and I really hope Walgreens knows that they have A great employee. ??????

This is the worst pharmacy ever, the people working there are all Dbags and elitist snobs. Never go to this pharmacy unless you want to have your day ruined.The only reason I tried to use this pharmacy is because it's near my work and I have very little time to get supplies for my brother.These people are the reason why my diabetic brother has to reuse his syringes for weeks at a time.

Placed a same day delivery order for an inhaler because I was desperate and every where else was out of stock. I placed the order at around 7:30pm before the cut off of 8pm. Got a message that the order was delayed as of 8:30 pm. I called the store only to find out that the person had totally forgotten about my order and it is now pushed until tomorrow because of the 8pm cut off. I will not be using this Walgreens ever again.

The pharmacist was using my phone to look at my insurance to apply it to my meds. Gives me my phone back with it calling someone from my contacts….. my contacts aren’t even right on my homescreen. Sis played around in MY phone and then proceeded to berate me telling me I don’t have all my insurance information when I do… and then told me to basically try something else. When I could’ve just paid for my stupid medication right then and there with no problem. But she was very rude and dismissive which is crazy when you are disrespecting someone else’s privacy. Safe to say I obviously didn’t get my medication. Just got my privacy violated yay me..

One of the workers were extremely rude. I’m not sure if she was the manager or not but one of the items were locked and she flipped out on me.

The pharmacy is completely incompetent at every level. I had to place a total of 3 calls to be able to FINALLY speak to a real person after 30 minutes on various holds (by the way, the first person was clearly overseas, I guess everything is outsourced now).I was waiting on hold, informed I was the first in line after 17 minutes and then the phone rang and rang range about 15 times and then disconnected. NOT HAPPY. Tried again and the same thing happened again. Walgreens is dysfunctional from corporate on down and you can tell by the quality of the people they hire. Go across the street to CVS. It can't be any worse.
