The pharmacy is legitimately the worst. They never answer the phone and filling prescriptions online doesn't work either, which forces me to go there in-person to ask them to fill my prescription, which they get wrong or simply don't do half the time. I've never had a positive experience here.

Just had a difficult extraction done at the dentist across the street. The dentist said the medication should be ready within thirty five minutes. Which was perfect because I had to get back to work within an hour and a half. When I got to the pharmacy, they quoted me several hours later because they had to take a lunch break. Despite the prescription being put in pretty much immediately. I'll be in pain at work today.Because you guys had to take a lunch break. Will never use this pharmacy ever again. Not surprised you guys are rated, so low.

once again finagled by the god forsaken walgreens pharmacy. I am usually in constant need of either my rescue or my everyday inhaler but for the past 2 months i’ve tried to order both with no avail. apparently per what the dude who answered the phone said they don’t order my everyday(even tho i’ve tried to order it multiple times ?) and my rescue was discontinued! It sucks because I know it wasn’t this was a real concern I had that my dr assured my brand wasn’t apart of the brand(flovent) that was being discontinued. I think it’s time for them to get another round of training. How are they just okay with their employees giving out false information to customers:/ walgreens in BP is where it’s at and they don’t leave you on hold for an hour!

I have no experience with the pharmacy department, but I have had to stop into this walgreens a few times recently for some photos/photo projects. Every staff member that I encountered was very nice and willing to help right away. That has absolutely not been my experience at another close by Walgreens. I did not see any employees just sitting around, every person seemed to be doing something, although I've only ever seen 2 people working at a time.

Update - this pharmacy still is terrible. April 2024 - in person to pick up a couple Rx's and the cashier in the pharmacy can't count to 3 - LITERALLY after I told her several times how many Rx's I had to pick up. Had to call for something else today and person who answered the phone in the pharmacy did not know what a "savings card" is and had to "ask (her) manager" what that is. Um what? Chances are you will talk to, whether in-person or on the phone to a few people who have no idea about anything and then eventually if you get transferred to the pharmacist, he/she may actually be able to understand you and help you!
This place deserves 0 stars for its pharmacy. They NEVER answer the phone. You will be on hold indefinitely with the hold voice constantly saying "there are more than 3 callers ahead of you". I have tried calling about 20 times this week and can never reach a live person. The one time I was able to reach a human he was looking into an insurance issue for me, said he would call me back and of course never did, and the issue is still not resolved, meanwhile I've been without my medication for 2 WEEKS.
The parking lot is also always disgusting and full of trash. It's odd because the little downtown area of Robbinsdale on this block is very nice and kept up well. This place is a dump.

Alright as long as you don't want any drinks (usually any popular are out of stock forever!) or medications...pharmacy is always "closed" conveniently for them not you, by 4:30 5 5:30 whenever they want. Are really rude in pharmacy usually as well.

This place is dumpy. People have set up shop to fix cars and sell drugs in the parking lot. When I notified the clerk they didn't really care. They thought it was cool. The parking lot was also dirty and smelled of drugs and used motor oil. This store is no longer safe.

Pharmacy all but one employee are great. One appears to not know what is going on. Front counter people look like something that was dragged in off the homeless line. Not professional hoodies up, stocking caps on just not inviting or professional at all. Store is not clean and not well stocked. When not busy employees should be cleaning and stocking. Really sad to see how this location has gone downhill. Management should require your employees to dress professionally and be welcoming. Except for the pharmacy I go elsewhere for other items or have the pharmacy ring them up where they actually dress and speak professionally
