Terrible treatment from manager/owner. Threatened to tow my truck even though I already had a tow on the way. Also I offered to push vehicle out of the way.Overall just a terrible experience! Uncalled for to Threaten me when I'm actively handling the tow already. As well as offering to push it out of the way, as not to block any customers.Just a great reminder that even small owner/operated businesses have very little to no customer service left.SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I got a flat tire right next day to a snow storm so I yelped the tire service available on a weekend. Sipe's jumped out on my search. I was immediately impressed by the friendly face of the owner. The rest is like a legendary to share with the rest of the world. They were super responsive, experienced and knowledgeable. My tires were changed within two days. Wow, not that I wish my car would have more problems, I would love to come back for whatever I will need for my car. Shoutout to the crew including the lady at the register, if you need help on your car, look nowhere, Sipe's got your back. They've been here for almost 30 years!!

Sipes is a wonderful place to go if you are having any car troubles. The people who work there are very kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. There is a cute antique store and coffee shop across the way if you need a place to go while your car is being worked on. I highly recommend this car shop.

I am so thankful for Sipe's being in the neighborhood! The mechanics are very trustworthy. I bought my car from Greg, who is so kind and was really helpful with the process of buying my first Grown Up Car. He and all the folks at sipes have gone above and beyond to make sure my car is safe and running smoothly. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Wish you guys had a negative star rating. If so these guys would be well below 0. I was just at your establishment like a week ago. My car had some electrical work done and they charged me 250 bucks to replace a bulb and a couple fuses. These mechanics are crooks. When my car was taken in they checked my front end and said they would charge me 1500 maybe more. So I took my car else where and they did the same exact thing for less than 600 bucks. Nice . This guy , Mike was his name was giving me all kinds of things I could try since I told them 1500 I won't pay. He said find a back yard mechanic who will charge you like 20 bucks and a case of beer. This fella Also suggested to go to these chain places like Firestone and apply for a credit card there if I didn't have the money. These people are crazy expensive and they tried to pull one over on me. I have never been more played harder by some small shop Ever. So far these clowns are on top. Almost forgot. Took my older vehicle there before, and they didn't even look at my car since it was so old. This guy told me to scratch the vin number and set it on fire because it was trash. I took my car else where and fixed that issue. Thank you Sipes for wasting my time.

I took my car in for an oil change, headlight replacement and check engine light diagnosis. They were honest and upfront that there were too many error messages for them to feel comfortable fixing any engine issue and suggested I go to the dealer. They also didn't try to pile on the extras which so often happens when you get your oil changed (I.e. the famous dirty air filter needing replacement). They fixed what they could, were forthcoming with what they couldn't, didn't try to tack on extras, and were customer service oriented. Also, and it's sad to have to say this but necessary since it's not always the case, they didn't treat me like like I was ignorant because I was a woman. I felt respected and informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

So my car died on me while in Minneapolis . Thank goodness I had AAA. Called them to get my car towed to the nearest garage. They originally told me to go to another garage but they said they wouldn't be able to get to my car until Wednesday... my car died on Friday. Since that was waaay too long for me to wait (I'm from IL) they recommended that I call Sipes. That's exactly what I did. When I called I talked to the nicest woman ever. She was so sweet and answered the million and one questions that I had. After talking to the manager, she was able to let me know that they would be able to look at my car later that day or the following morning at the latest. Only a few hours later I got a call that my car was completely fine. He had his mechanic drive it around a few times and everything seemed to be working just fine. He believed that it could have just been my air filter or oxygen sensor that was acting up. Since he knew I was going to be driving from Minneapolis to the Chicago area he said he would keep my car overnight and have the mechanic drive it around again in the morning just to be safe. Luckily I have family in the area so it worked out. Long story short this place is amazing and all of the workers are great. I could not have asked for a better place to have my car taken too. Keep doing what you are doing Sipes. I've told my family up there to start going to you guys.

We came here, after a Yelp search, to get a high-beam bulb replaced in my beau's car. I called and was told to show up after 4pm and they'd be able to get a look at the car. The gentleman on the phone was nice and polite, too. We showed up and a young man started on the car right away. He ran into a bit of difficulty and another guy came out and popped out the bulb. We were on our way in less than 30 minutes and the cost was under $30. We are very happy with the speed, service, and price. I'd been thinking about where to get vehicles serviced since I don't live in WSP anymore. I need to get mine worked on, and I think that I've found the right spot. I know that J is happy, too, so this is where we'll be going in the future.
