They hooked up my Audi and my Suburban and both are nice. I think I want to add more sound for the summer so if yall want a real hook up go to Premier Auto Trends and they will get you right. No wires hanging and they are way better than best buy!!!!

If I could leave “Negative Stars” I would, this is by far the worst place to go get music from, these guys are crooks that plays on customers that knows what they want but doesn’t understand the concept, all they do is pressure you into buying product from their store.I had work done there last summer, I spent $2500 on parts needed for my system, as I know I shouldn’t pay more than $1200-$1500 to get it installed, I walked out the shop with a messy job on top of them blowing 2 speakers they installed which was brand new with warranty from Amazon, they excuse was that Amazon sale bad product so I should have brought theirs. After 3 visits and 2 blown subs they still didn’t get it correct. So I decided to just go to “another shop” this past week,$700 later with no needed added parts I was very pleased and “very disgusted with Premier auto trends” these guys are overpriced, disrespectful and to top it off does trashy rushed work. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY SERVICE. They will take advantage of YOU the customer not being the experts THEY are.Sincerely,“ The 92 Bubble Chevy”

Purchased three remote starts from them. All have been great! Had a few problems, but it's always been fixed quickly and under warranty.

2/7/2023 - I went to Premier Auto this past weekend because the remote start on my wife's vehicle stopped working. Premier Auto installed this remote start several years earlier. I thought the remote needed to be re-programmed. Premier Auto no longer retails the model of remote start I had. However, they were willing to help me. The issue turned out to be a blown fuse. Thanks Premier Auto for the immediate help. Wife is happy once again.

Kev is awesome! My mom needed her remote car starter reconnected and he was referred to her by another. He didn't bat an eye to help her - even first attempting to walk her through it over the phone. He was courteous, funny, and had it fixed in no time at all. Big hungs to Kev!! THANK YOU.

First let me start by saying LIFETIME WARRANTY WINDOW TINT, they redid the window tint on my fiancé car twice and there is still bubbles and hair under it. She said she doesn't want to deal with them again after waiting 3 hours longer than what they quoted her.Now to my car, the first time they ripped the window tint and in a irritated voice the tech told the cashier to just give me a discount instead of redoing it correctly. But i had it redone and they said the bubbles would go away. Well 2 months later bubbles are still there and I realized my rear defrost didn't work. I contacted Tesla about my model 3 and they looked at it and found that half of my rear defrost heating elements are missing. From when Premier Auto Trends redid my tint on my rear window. So I went back to Premier and after explaining to the tech what happened he admitted it happened when he redid the tint, he also said it happens a lot and said they will replace the window but he's not redoing the tint again. I said that's fine. We walked into the shop he went and talked with the manager after 15 minutes the manager comes out and says they're NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING. So now I contacted an attorney and am letting the attorney handle the rest. Just waiting for the court date. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DONE FROM THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLEI have contacted over 20 different companies and asked if they have issues with rear defrost coming off during removal. Every company has responded by saying NO ISSUES WITH REAR HEATING ELEMENTS COMING OFF DURING REMOVAL

THEY CAUSED DAMAGE TO OUR CAR!!! AND GAVE US TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We took in two cars for window tint, and they ended up having to redo both of them because there were bubbles and hair under it. They said they have a lifetime warranty on their tint, and if we aren't happy to let them know so they can fix it... Well, we let them know about the bubbles and hair they got upset, and one guy said, "Just give them a discount." But we told them we'd rather them fix it. So they went ahead to redo it, and in the process they torn the heating elements in the back window! (Probably because they were upset that they had to redo it after just finishing. I get it. There must have been some frustration and accidents do happen... But when you sit there and deny it when you were the ONLY ones the did work on the windows then it makes you look so dumb!)They were the only ones that did work on our windows so when we told them the issue one guy said that they would fix it but their boss told them not to touch the car! They are denying everything! Usually, places have insurance for cases like this, but apparently not them! So, unfortunately, we have to take them to court now.We are so disappointed with how they handled this. Very unprofessional...

Keep putting truck in shop they do good work but it keeps messing up then I keep bringing it back more than 6x he say I need something else I take it to another shop whole time these weirdos gave me 2 diff speakers that they recommended for me then the the last time I brought it there he talkin about he throwing his hands up jus from my experience not bring my car here no more All I can say is Class a sounds got me right a little bit more pricey but it’s worth it…

Ok so....this place is super busy so reaching someone on the phone can be difficult. Most likely due to their affordable pricing compared to other places. I'd recommend calling in the afternoon.Your experience can also vary depending on who works on your vehicle. I was fortunate enough to connect with Rob, who took excellent care with me. Got the work done quickly, and answered my questions. I'm not sure how they split up the jobs, but you could try to request him.Based on my experience, I'd recommend them. Thanks again, Rob!
