Came in February 19th about 10:10 am. Waited and waited and waited for someone to take some stuff out of the case so I could potentially buy. Nope! One lady to do ALL the work in the entire shop, and apparently she was too busy for a solid 20 minutes. Another guy there too, he was still waiting when I left. NOT coming back, terrible customer service. Their running a museum: just showing the merchandise, but not actually selling it. Won't be back, terrible first impression.

The staff is helpful and store clean and not cluttered. They can get busy though, so plan ahead and allow enough time. Their online tools can help you determine an approximate value of an item or extend your loan if necessary.
