Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meets expectations
Hyvee in Robbinsdale provided a generally positive experience. Customer service was attentive, and the store’s presentation was satisfactory, with some room for improvement. The selection of food and products was impressive and met a wide range of needs. The atmosphere was inviting, with a well-organized layout that enhanced the shopping experience. Employee engagement was available, though assistance required some seeking out, and pricing provided solid value. Although I didn’t directly interact with an employee, the environment supported a smooth shopping experience.

Among the Hy-Vee locations, this is the one I visit the least. The managers just seem to have given up in general. The service counters are all great though.

It is ok based on how close it is from our new place. Compared to other Hyvees that I have been to, this one is very meh. They are always out of random stuff that I need. Not just once in a while, but multiple items each trip. They have no system to find stuff. It took until my 4th visit to realize that they actually carry saltines. I just thought that it was an odd thing not to have in crackers, until I finally saw them in the soup isle. Big wtf to that. I was told that Halloween versions of items like pumpkin Cheerios, would be found in the items regular isle, in this case cereal. But when I was over by the milk, I saw an end cap on a frozen food isle that had Halloween versions of Oreos, even though they weren't in the norma0l cookie isle and this far end of frozen foods was half way across the store.
The best part of the store that I have found was that I checked out the bar once and they actually had barrel aged Surly Darkness, which was a pleasant surprise.

They have a really great selection of product. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They even have dry aged beef! It's become my standard supermarket. I do miss the self checkout!

The woman who made my cake didn't follow directions and the cake was leaning as if it was rushed and not worth 80$ as it was very dry!

I love that this location is only a few minute drive from the Northside. They have a huge variety of fresh produce, meat, and awesome bakery goods. The deli food and made to order counters have many options at a fair price.

I love the meat department especially the hamburger meat I've tried many other grocery stores for their hamburger meat and Hyvee is the best. Their prices are good too.
