Hy-Vee is my store of choice when I'm traveling so I seek them out for my fridge items for my room. It was like 5 miles from me and I probably past 30 other stores but I didn't care because I like their own brand of the flavored seltzer water for my room. The stores are always bright and clean looking.

I would like to reply to Zach who asked me to call. You are really a piece of work. I called the number three times from work with sales receipt in hand to answer any additional questions. Each time it immediately went to recording asking to : press one for pharmacy , press three for customer service. That was my only choices. I pressed three each time and your line immediately disconnected. Anyone reading this feel free to call the number. 612-287-7200. I made sure several coworkers read review and same thing happened to them.

They got rid of all the self checkouts, now they have only one cashier despite 6 people in line (and growing). Anymore, the general sentiment I get is that no one wants to work here. (Every time I ask how the cashier or another employee is, I get a response like "rough" or "could be better")

This location has more useless employees than it does food on the shelf. And out of those employees, you have more “security guards” than actual clerks working. You can also save your scripted response.

I don't recommend this store garbage everywhere in the floor employee are lazy. My husband bought a can of soda and place on the bottom of the cart because the top was full when we're in the cashier to pay for our grocery my husband told the cashier that there's can of soda on the bottom and the lady cashier said she can't scan she cant bend she told my husband to bring it up. costumer service is bad we go to new hope hyvee instead clean and organized I recommend.

The pharmacy is Rude. They will pick you up and say hold... and leave you on hold forever. Most times they take their phone off the hook all day and you can't even call. I am going to a different pharmacy. If I were you I would do the same.

This place is a mess. Food handlers don’t use gloves, if they do they aren’t clean gloves half the time. Sale prices don’t ring up right and be wary of sales anyway-it’s likely expired. Customer service is more like customer go somewhere else we don’t care-staff treats you like crap and are far to busy with social hour to care. Produce goes rotten within a day…
The convenience store is a joke. Cigarette prices fluctuate with each shift/day/night and again sale prices are never honored. And I have never been to a store where people handling money can’t even do math with a calculator-oh wait, this one.

If you went to a restaurant and ordered then after waiting half a hour the waiter brings out half your food and tells you they are out of one item. One persons meal is completely missing, 3 others are missing half their food. and when you complain they tell you we can give you a refund and screw the 3 children who are missing some of their food and the adult that gets nothing. well that's what Hy-Vee did to my family when they only delivered half my food. sadly, it's not the first time this store has screwed up my order, but it is the last time. Will never order from here again.

This has the feel of a high end grocery store in a low end part of town. They have a really nice vitamin aisle which had some weirdo things (astrolagus) that there is no way Walgreens would have, much less Cub Foods. They also have nice organic food aisle with lots of tempting goodies. Lots of veggies, organic and conventional. Such a big store with loads of aisles of everything standard too, you can get your whole list. It also had an intriguing drugstore area with nice lighted shelves, and then a higher end product area which was covered and locked because it was night. I was in no need of any shampoo, soap or makeup, but I will definitely keep it in mind if I need it. It also has a cart sanitizer, very high tech. This store is keeping up with the times!

Hy-Vee Market Grille Express is back open after being closed for awhile due to the pandemic. Yes, the staff is wearing masks and gloved so I feel safe. Breakfast, as you can see is as good as ever, I got a yummy garden omelet, breakpast potatoes with pancake. Oh, and they serve Caribou coffee for $1. So happy!
