I want to thank you for hiring a great manager, Monique at the Robbinsdale MN store. She went above and beyond to find us items on our Aetna Alina over the counter items. She is so helpful and we will start our other shopping at this CVS because of her.

90% of the time it’s a horrible pharmacy experience. They are overwhelmed and clerks are consistently rude. They need more help.

Scheduled a booster shot for 6 pm today, and thought it was odd that there was only one car in the parking lot. Tried to go into the store and the doors would not open. No one was inside walking around. But they did charge my insurance for the shot I never got. And now I can't get my booster for 6 months or w/e. Great job guys.
