It states that they work on classics, but when I asked what it would cost to check my 302 he had no idea what I was talking about. Then I was hung up on, I could see it if I was being sarcastic or rude which I was not, I was not yelling or being disrespectful in anyway. I now think that if he doesn’t know about carbureted engines he should just say that. Not be rude and hang up on customers

Called for a quote on a 96 Chevrolet and the guy states “I don’t work on those, foreign vehicles only” in a condescending way. If you look at the reviews left by previous customers it is clearly detailed this entity has indeed worked on similar vehicles… their website also states that they work on foreign AND domestic cars… “COMPLETE RESTORATION WE CAN PERFORM A COMPLETE VEHICLE RESTORATION INCLUDING MECHANICAL RESTORATION AND REBUILDS - FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC.” So why was I denied just a quote? I’ll take my grandfathers car elsewhere.

My husband and I (as well as my dad) have been taking our vehicles to Bjorn for years. He has always done great, fast, and very reasonably priced work. He has been honest about the vehicles and what they need, and has even recommended other shops when the work is out of the scope of what he would like to do.As a woman, my experience here has been excellent. He has always explained to me exactly what needs to be done and given me a quote he sticks to. He hasn’t tried to sell me any extra work and has treated me with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Bjorn and his team, it’s hard to find shops that do good work for women. I see no reason to bring our cars elsewhere.

I've been a customer for about 5 years, I've always had a stellar experience here. It all comes down to communication, Bjorn and Dave are both top notch communicators, respectful, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel like I'm left out of the know, and always feel like my time and budget are valued more at this shop than any other. Bjorn once referred us to a friend for exhaust work because his friend could do it half price, I really appreciated that. Dave helped me decide what to do with a truck that we had to retire from the family fleet and it was painless as I could fully trust that I am always getting professional advice. This shop feels connected to the central nerve of the mom and pop automotive service industry. No Frills, no nonsense, just good, honest workmanship.In the past they have worked on our 96 Chevy truck, 87 Jeep, 2001 CRV.
