“The food was great, as always, but the service this time did not meet our expectations. When I complained about the wait to be greeted by our server I was told that we were seated right after two large parties in her section. When I asked why it had taken 10 minutes for a martini she said it was because I didn't order beer or wine. When she dropped the dessert menu on her way by without stopping but we had already ordered dessert - from her - I knew it was time to go.”

“After having a terrible experience at a different company unrelated to a banking issue, I needed to turn off my current card and get a temporary one, so I went to Huntington and it was a breath of fresh air when I walked in and was greeted by April. I really appreciate her warm welcome and great personality throughout our interaction.”
“We needed to do a wire transfer and were unfamiliar with the process. After being turned away my the Maple Grove location, we went to this location and Kiara instantly stepped up and helped us out. She was very friendly and made the process feel easy. We really needed the transfer to go out the same day and Kiara made sure the transfer received the approvals it needed to go out. When we were on our way home, Kiara even called us to confirm the transaction went through, further easing our concerns. We are grateful for Kiara's level of service and saved us from leaving Huntington (given the poor experience we had at Maple Grove).”

“We come here all the time, and Collin absolutely made our visit tonight. Not sure if he's new, if he is you'd never know it — he was so attentive, upbeat, and on top of everything. Every order was spot-on, every need taken care of quickly, and he made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. If he is new, the restaurant should definitely hang on to him — he's already a total gem. Highly recommend asking for Collin!”
