“I had a flat tire this morning. The temperature outside was -16 degrees. I was able to get my tire aired up enough to make it to Richmond Tire and Auto. He told me because of how cold it is outside it would probably take a while and allowed me to wait. He continued to work while fitting me into his schedule and was able to get me back on my way. He fixed and repaired the puncture in my tire and another one with a slow leak. I had excellent service. Highly recommend!”
