We just started bringing our cats here based on rave reviews from other pet-parents, and I’m really glad we did. The staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. We just got the news we have to say goodbye to our senior cat, and I appreciated how upfront—yet compassionate, that the vet was when delivering the news. We are definitely loyal to this amazing clinic now!

This vet office is wonderful, I’ve seen a few of the doctors and they are all very nice. The staff is very friendly and kind to my elderly dog! Recommend if you live in the area and are looking for a great vet office

I’ve never encountered more thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind doctors and staff. In such a stressful situation, they were apparent with diagnostics and treatment, and cared for our pup as much as we do. It was an emergency/urgency we dealt with, and still very affordable with expert care. Love this place.

I highly recommend this vet…They worked quickly to get me an appointment when I needed it. When we got there the staff were welcoming and friendly. It’s a beautiful clinic with lots of space and it was clean and comfortable. The staff that we had from the receptionist, to the veterinary nurse, and then of course the veterinarian were all very kind and knowledgeable. I love that they offer affordable health plans which makes it more manageable to pay for all the care that pets need.
Most of all I recommend them for how they treated my cats. I brought my 3 cats that each have very different personalities 2 older cats and one young lady. They took their time with each cat and made them comfortable. My youngest cat Cricket (in the picture) was so comfortable she made the room her own and didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. ?

They misdiagnosed my dog and charge me almost 1000 to give me no answer and then sent me to a emergency hospital where I spent another 3000 for them to contradict what the doctors at Woodlake veterinary hospital told me. My dog was almost rushed to surgery for no reason ( $10,000 procedures) and all because of this misdiagnosed. Also while I waited to get this information the doctors where laugh and giggle after they told us the matter was urgent and life threatening. To see the staff and doctor laugh while making an appointment for my dog at an emergency hospital was probably the most disheartening experience ever. I hope this comment give you a full picture of what you can expect from this establishment!

Do not trust this vet with your pets care. We took our dog in for a drop off appointment to get help with his allergies. While in their “care” he was left unmonitored with no precautions taken and was able to cause so much harm and damage to himself that he ended up having to have a partial tail amputation. Not only did they not take responsibility initially, they tried to tell us it would cost $1400 to do surgery to fix his tail. When we asked for an explanation as to how this could even happen, we were then informed he did this by 9 am and we weren’t even notified until after 10 am. He would have never been in this condition if it wasn’t for their complete and utter negligence. We ended up bringing him to the U of M to get proper care and treatment, there was no way we would trust him in their hands after the monstrosity of neglect that led to this incident. They told us they didn’t think he would harm himself when he was brought in for chewing on his tail and paws in the first place. To say you love animals and want to help them and this is how you treat them is an absolute disgrace. If you love your pet, you should find a different clinic.

Although Roxie is a little scared of visiting the clinic, they make her feel as calm as possible and the experience not so bad. We love Doctor Sarah Godding!

Great care but we shouldn't have been charged for an exam fee for our cats for the second distemper shots. I've never had a vet charge for that and at $87 per cat, it adds up.
