As an institution, I despise Wells Fargo.Despite that, the manager of this location was extremely helpful. I don't like the company but this bank has great service.

There has never been a smooth experience at this location. There's always a long line outside for the only functional ATM if there even is a functional one.

My daughter, husband and I had a meeting with Amy on Wednesday, I can honestly say, if you are looking to set up your child’s first account, Do it with Amy! She is thorough, yet thoughtful of your little. She explained everything brilliantly. Honestly, just a great experience. Amy is knowledgeable in her field, provides great feed back… simply the best! I would like to edit my review by saying that all the drive through tellers have been always kind and really sweet to me…maybe stop giving them a hard time? We are all just try to survive out here, give a break?!❤️

I had to resolve a complex banking situation as I'm going through a divorce. Jeremy, the Branch Manager, was amazing to work with. He communicated well and handled the situation very delicately. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Excellent customer service! I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I needed a lien release for my car and they made everything go smoothly. Very nice and modern bank and really friendly people.

Worst bank and bank location ever. Their standard answer is "no." They NEVER answer the phone, ever. They are worthless and that's being kind. The greeter guy needs to get off his power trip as he has no idea what's going on. He consistently says Wells Fargo doesn't do x or z anymore. Go to another location and they do. He's worthless and should be fired.

No one answers the phone for hours, and when I go in to talk to a banker it's a 45 minute wait. Then I was told to make an appointment online. When I tried that the system told me that this location didn't offer the service I needed. I left and called the WF on Chicago and 48th. They answered in one ring and I got an appointment that day.

I really do not like it here. It is either super busy or weirdly quiet here. Once I was sitting in the car waiting for my mom at the ATM and I was almost car jacked. It was such a frightening experience I have never come back alone and try to avoid it at all costs. I go to any other ATM to deposit cash. I have never had a positive experience here and do not feel super safe.

The worst bank in MN.They used to have a application called Zelle that allowed me to transfer money to my moms account easily. They took that away by asking for a 2nd (yes second) phone number and a second email (as if everyone has two of each, like a criminal would) as well. Now I am going to be withdrawing funds at the start of each pay-period. I will leave them about $15 bucks per month instead of my entire check. I hope you lose your entire business.

Can never talk to a banker. Appointments booked out months, walk ups not possible cause they are always booked with appointments. For some reason need to book a 30 minute appointment when just need 1 piece of paper printed that we can't get online. Shorter hours so impossible to get in if you have normal working hours without taking time off your job. Bank is using COVID as an excuse to provide awful service and not work as much
