This is my first time ever going to this particular Target and also the first time in about two years where I didn't leave a Target and immediately look up how to bet against the company in the stock market.
The store was well stocked. The employees were present and didn't exude the aura of desping their own existence. I was able to grab what I wanted from the shelves without asking someone to unlock a cage. At the self checkout, I didn't feel the piercing glow of a totatalitarian associate hovering over me like a criminal.
It felt like I was going to Target rather than the commissary at a Soviet prison.
I don't know what has happened to Target in the past few years, but this location single handedly is giving me hope that the company doesn't actively want to be trash.

I love Target and their pick-up option, however, this specific location is constantly out of stock for key pantry and produce items. It makes using Target as my primary store impossible as I will always have to go to a secondary store to complete my grocery needs. Going to have to start going to Hy-Vee again.

I purchased a gift card that had white out on it and the last 4 was scratched out, it was a headache and I had to file a police report, $200 was taken from me, target said they will not do anything about it, this is not right, please do not purchase gift cards at target.

I've never encountered any issues with Richfield Target. The drive-up employees are consistently quick and polite. However, I would recommend that Target, as a large corporation, consider providing rain gear for drive-up employees during rainy weather, or explore alternative solutions. Ensuring that employees are sheltered from the rain on chilly April days seems like a basic human need that would not take much effort for Target corporation to provide.

My husband and I shopped at the Richfield target. We bought two outdoor rocking chairs, and Steph was excellent. They were kind and conscientious, and helped us check out and loaded into our vehicle. The store is clean, organized, and full of stuff to buy. Have fun and be safe.

We visited this Target for the first time (we are from out of town) and had a great experience. Roc was so kind and helped us with a problem. Another employee just overheard me wondering where something was (spoken to my son - I don’t usually talk to myself out loud in public. ?) and stopped and offered to help find it! The areas we visited were clean, well organized and well stocked. We had a great experience. Thank you!
