Very disappointed in the service department, particularly Jason W who promised one thing but then refused to honor his word. RB Honda replaced an axel that they broke while replacing compliance bushings and made me pay to replace it. After less than 4 years they said it needed to be replaced and the seal was no longer sealing, looking for me to pay for a new one. They always say a number things are wrong with your car and always try to make you pay more. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

My husband and I recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV from salesperson Alyssa Curtis. She was fabulous and gave us a test drive and explained all of the features, and helped us through each step of the buying process. She was a joy to work with and pressure free. I would highly recommend working with Alyssa when you are looking for a vehicle!

I had an excellent experience with Alyssa Curtis at Honda Richfield. She incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made the car-leasing process smooth and stress-free. My car was recently totaled and Alyssa took the time to understand my needs and answered all my questions thoroughly. Best of all, she worked with me to get a great deal that fit my budget. I have never shopped at a dealership before, as I have always bought my used cars from private sellers. When I moved to MN I realized that there just aren't many private sellers, and they are mostly at dealers. After checking out many dealerships like Walser, Apple Auto, Luther, and Inver Grove Honda I kept coming back to this dealership, because of the modestly priced addons like rustproofing for $599 w/ 10y Warranty and Interior/Exterior Protection for $999 w/ 7y Warranty. The rest of the dealerships wanted much more than that with less service and shorter warranty.
The two biggest things that kept me going back was Alyssa and the included (read no additional cost) Unlimited Mile/Unlimited Year powertrain warranty through Premier with used and new vehicles alike.
Alyssa was amazing to work with. The best part is she found me, not the other way around. Now I'm writing a review of how you need to find her haha. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient while finding me the perfect vehicle for my wife. She was always able to help answer my questions (I had a lot of them) and helped me through the whole process. I was going to the dealership once or twice a week for about a month and Alyssa never skipped a beat. I would absolutely do business with Alyssa and RB Honda again.
Now about the Unlimited Mile/Unlimited Year powertrain warranty through Premier. I did some digging and found that RB Honda doesn't make you go to their service shop to get the parts/labor/diagnostic fee taken care of for covered parts. I called Premier and they confirmed there is not a mileage limit that you have to be outside of the RB Honda dealership to get powertrain stuff covered. I personally have a repair shop in Bloomington that has two Ex Honda Master Mechanics that have literally saved me over $6k in the year I have lived in MN, and they should be covered.
Needless to say, this is a great dealership and they do some great work. They stand by their vehicles, used and new, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable Honda.

Buying a car is always a difficult process, comparing wants, needs, and many other factors. Alyssa Curtis was very helpful. She helped simplify the process and got us to focus on what we needed. More importantly we didn't spend hours at the dealership.
