Puerto Veracruzano #3 is a combined restaurant and grocery store in a great location. The grocery side is rather small and overpriced but comes in handy, with a good variety and a big selection including a carniceria. The full-menu restaurant inside is fantastic. The food is very good with generous portions, using a lot of fresh vegetables. Dishes like the carne asada burrito, chorizo burrito, Tinga, tamales, and seafood plates are tender, flavorful, and described as the best. They also sell salsas. The staff is super-friendly, friendly, and helpful. There can be a long wait and sometimes a language barrier, but the experience is enjoyable. It is a great little shop and a convenient go-to for takeout.
The taco shop is called Puerto Veracruzano #3. The grocery store is rather small and overpriced but it comes handy if you can’t find anything else open. It’s a great location by 66th.

This place is nice. I try to stop in when I'm in the area and hungry. Good food, friendly people.

We've driven past this place so many times, just thought it was a Mercado. Find suggested burritos at the place next door. Full menu resturant inside of decent store. The carne asad Burrito i had was large and they use a lot of fresh vegetables in said burrito. Fantastic. Making room on my schedule to go back soon.
