Menards is a big box home improvement store with reasonable prices that are often cheaper than others. It has everything, including good sales. Team members are generally good for assistance, with examples of nice service where staff help find items. The store experience can include pleasant features like a pianist playing. However, there can be occasional inconsistencies with stock and a rare experience of an unfriendly staff member during loading. The website and app are very useful for checking stock and item location, with the in-store Wi-Fi working great.
Menards has everything including reasonable prices. The Richfield store is the only home improvement store I have ever visited that has pianist playing on a grand piano. It is quite beautiful.
