Love this place! My service advisor Chris Cooley always explains everything needed at the time and what will be needed in future. He also quickly responds to emails with questions I have. I will purchase my next vehicle there because of him.

Excellent experience with Jaguar Richfield. Cole was exceptional. He made sure our answers, both spoken and unspoken were answered. Kept his word on when I would receive my car. And took the time to help program my app and helped pair my phone to my car. I gave 4/5 stars because there was a little uneasiness during the sales stage of the process. But, overall a pretty great experience. Oh! And my beautiful new car was presented with a big white bow!!!

I have never been overly fond of car salesman, so upon approaching Richfield Land Rover, I was a bit reluctant. Upon arriving my wife and I were looking at vehicles when Rich approached us and asked if we had any questions. He wasn’t pushy and he seem to have a very confident demeanor. The more questions we asked the more we liked about the car he suggested. Needless to say, we bought a car! If you are looking for a a new Land Rover or Jaguar, look up Rich he’ll answer all your questions!

After receiving poor service at the OTHER Jaguar dealership in the twin cities stopped in looking for assistance with a minor issue. Tone the service advisor was a huge help!. He went above and beyond and the service was better than I had expected. I highly recommend visiting JAGUAR of Richfield for all your Jaguar needs!

Janna and the rest of the staff were very responsive to my inquiry about a used Jaguar. I had a few needs I wanted addressed on the car I was interested and they took care of it. I walked into the store at 4pm and walked out a happy owner of a new (to me) car two hours later. They were great!

Called on August 24 to schedule an appointment for rear brakes on my Jaguar E-Pace. Scheduled appointment for today (September 13) at 0730 and reserved a loaner. My husband got up at 4:30 this morning to take the car from Rochester to the cities for the service only to arrive and find out there was no appointment or loaner scheduled. The service advisor asked to see the confirmation email that was sent. I did not receive one. It’s not the first time I have not received a confirmation email but I did still have the call in my call log to prove I spoke to someone in a call center who clearly isn’t capable of doing their job. The brakes are being replaced but my husband has to sit and waste time and wait for the vehicle rather than taking care of other things that needed to be done this morning.Editing to add the Jaguar Service advisor approached my husband after seeing my review and offered a free oil change (I have three left on my warranty or whatever it is.) He also offered 10% off the brake job since I have the oil changes which from my records doesn’t even come close to the value of an oil change in exchange for me taking down my review.
