“We were just popping in and out quickly for one night. Didn’t use any amenities aside from the lobby bar. The highlight of this place was the service. Chantelle was so kind and attentive. Xander at the bar was friendly. Shoutout to those two!”

“I do not write reviews very often, however I did need to write this one. At check in, our front desk attendant was not very friendly. Which was disappointing to say the least. After checking in, we make it to our room and the room had this extremely musty/mildew smell, to which we mentioned and ended up getting a room change. Our second room was fine, until we had to use the bathroom. The toilet was clogged and I, myself, tried to plunge it, because that's not a huge deal to me. However, it wouldn't unclog after trying to plunge it. So we asked our front desk attendant for another room and when they proceeded to give us another room, they rolled their eyes. Guests roamed the halls the entire night. Someone stole my vape, and after checking out the next morning and going back home, I noticed that I left my AirPod Pros at the hotel inside of the room. I called the housekeeping manager the very same day and she told me she would have a look and call me back. She never called me back.overall, this was by far one of the worst experiences at a hotel, that I've stayed with. Definitely will not being staying here again. If you want a budget friendly hotel, keep looking. Unless you're ok with running the possibility of your belongings coming up missing and the hospitality towards you, at the bare minimum.Rooms: Since the hotel is pet friendly, the chairs were a bit run down. There were chips and dents on the mirror next to the bathroom.Nearby activities: 8/10Walkability: 8/10Food & drinks: 8/10”

“Our first choice for a Mall of America visit! The experience with the staff was warm and welcoming! Shout out to Jonall, Ella, and Asst GM Karen for exceeding our expectations ! The hotel is very clean, rooms have full-size refrigerators, dishes and utensils great when the pizza arrives! We appreciate the walk-in shower rather than a tub combination..it feels luxurious. Located right across from the mall and one of the best Twin Cities restaurants ( Hazelwood) is right in the parking lot! Pick this hotel for a wonderful stay in the Twin Cities!Rooms: The rooms are well equipped for techy guests with abundant charging outlets. Full-size refrigerator is very nice. Real ceramic dishes and silver utensils are handy and appreciated. Bedding feels luxurious. Walk in glass enclosed showers are great if you prefer that to a tub. Heating and cooling is upgraded wall unit, not clumsy loud and dated floor units.Walkability: Walk one block into the Mall of America!Food & drinks: Hazelwood (in the parking lot of the hotel) is a spectacular fine dining restaurant with a romantic vibe! Excellent food! A pizza restaurant is also in the parking lot ( no driving!) if you prefer a more casual experience.”

“Nice hotel, good location. Heavty price tag though. Would like it to have a hot tub that was a bit sad and the sink drained really slowly in the bathroom. Overall great stay, felt secure and clean.”

“I had a business trip and ended ip choosing this location. The hotel was great. Breakfast was great. The ONLY thing I wish I would’ve known is how ROUGH of a neighborhood I was in. Holy Moly. I had to walk to get dinner and run another errand. After dark do NOT go outside. I was threatened and screamed at the top of their lungs from the corner of the hotel for “walking on the dope street and not buying dope” and next time I better walk on the other side. I was beyond uncomfortable and was scared for my life. No joke. BEWARE.

Rooms: I loved my room! It was huge and the tub was amazing. I had the mobile accessibility room for the bathtub. Nothing fancy but I really need the tub rails at times.”

“I really liked Emery. Spy house cafe located in the same area. If you're looking to dress up for a nice evening gathering, good food and cocktails this is a great go-to or even just for coffee. Loved the architectural design.
Parking might be a bit tricky since it's located right in the heart of Minneapolis.”

“Beautiful hotel!

The outside was well-kept and appealing. The lobby was large and welcoming.

The room was the best part of the stay. It was spotless, large, bright, and comfortable!

The linens were crisp the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was better than average. There were several options, including fresh fruit. It would have been nice to have a different protein other than sausage, which was served both mornings.

The only negative was the laundry facilities were unavailable due to repairs, so we had to use the laundry facilities at the adjoining hotel. It was nice to have that option, however, it was an inconvenience, and we were not offered a discount for their laundry issues.

Thank you for a nice stay, Hampton Inn.”

“This is a great Hilton. Staff are friendly. They have good food options at the bar as well as the chop house for steaks. Even an onsite Starbucks.

Food and drinks: The hotel bar has happy hour from 4 - 6.
Several wines and drinks are half off.”

“My stay was for a staycation and it was perfect! The hotel is very clean and has a calm and welcoming feeling when you first enter. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful to interact with! The room was very spacious and clean, had normal outlets and USB plug ins by the bed which was great along with many other outlets throughout the room in convenient spots which i find very helpful. The room service was quick and convenient. There are a lot of great amenities which is awesome. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel whether it be for a staycation, vacation, for a business trip, or whatever it may be you need a hotel for!”

“Moxy Minneapolis Uptown is located about a 30-minute drive from the airport, MSP. Situated in the up and coming part of Minneapolis and next door to restaurants and gastropubs, all within a block or two. The hotel looks like Moxy does, and the ground floor is all about social activities and work, with the bar as a centrepiece. In the basement is the gym, small but with treadmills, crosstrainer, and a bike as well as dumbbells and a punching bag. The rooms are nice and well-planned, if you want something special, try the junior suites, they are fabulous! The main drawback is that there is no food, which is okay for lunch and dinner, but an inconvenience for breakfast as there is nothing close early in the morning. Otherwise, it's an excellent choice”

“Absolutely delightful!!I spent 3 weeks in this hotel and it has one of the best service teams I have come across. After this point, I am planning to only book IHG hotels anywhere I travel. It has all the necessary amenities that you'll need during your stay.I would just request a "Pull Up" bar for the gym.”

“Very loud but that's kinda expected being in the heart of the north loop. The rooftop spa was packed at night, definitely more than the max capacity of 13. So we decided to try again in the morning, much better that time around. Rooms were okay, nothing to write home about but the brick walls were a nice feel. The drinks at the rooftop bar were very good, and customer service was top notch.

Rooms: Had a rustic feel to them, nothing too fancy though.

Walkability: Lots of places to eat/drink within walking distance.

Food and drinks: The rooftop drinks were very well made!!!”

“Stayed for 4 nights, was able to check in a few hours early. Room was clean and well stocked. I was very happy to see normal size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even body lotion instead of the usual travel size. Bathroom even had makeup remover wipes. Housekeeping was great and efficient. Breakfast was good, plenty of options each day. The pool was nice but definitely not as heated as I would have liked, it was barely luke warm. Hotel was located in a nice area, right next to the highway. The elevator was a little finicky which I didn't like but other than that, our stay was great.”

“Stayed 2 nights. All staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was spot on. So many different options I've not seen in other hotels. Room was clean. You hear air planes but your not far from the airport. So wasn't a issue. Knew it was close. Would stay again!! Was a 5 min walk to mall of America.”

“My stay at Staybridge was phenomenal the moment I stepped in. They have a newly renovated lobby and their rooms were very clean and well decorated. Free laundry and breakfast! The atmosphere was welcoming. The location was very close to Lake Normandale, a beautiful well maintained lake for your Sunday morning walks.

Each front desk person went above and beyond for my requests. Special thanks to Devan, Daniel, Adam, and Linda for superb service and hospitality! I will be returning if I am ever in the area again!”

“I've stayed here many times and always have great things to say about the Normandy Inn, but last night the staff was nothing short of amazing!!! I planned to Uber back home after the show at The Armory got done. I walked to the Normandy Inn to wait for my Uber and the security and front desk personel did NOT hesitate to let me sit right inside the lobby SAFELY while I waited for my Uber. I can't praise them enough for their customer care, even when the customers aren't always staying on their property. Great job Best Western Normandy Inn. Thank you for making me feel so safe!! Already looking forward to my next stay!!!”

“Really cute! The hall is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, the location near the university is convenient. Everything very clean and very well looked after. Finding a pool table and an air hockey to play and meet people was a very pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!

Rooms: Clean, spacious, well-kept. Beautiful.

Food & drinks: The hotel has a great restaurant and communicates directly with Starbucks. There is everything nearby (as always when you are near the university)”

“We stopped going to hotels near the university because of the hefty parking premium. The Delta is only a few minutes distant from the university and Dinky town if you're visiting a student there, and the Delta is a much more comfortable hotel.Delta is our go-to hotel in Minneapolis.”

“I was in town for business purposes and had a reservation book at this hotel. I got there right at check-in time and the staff was very friendly and quick to get me checked in. The hotel itself overall was nice. The restaurant connected to the hotel was under construction so I did not get to see that. My room was on the first floor and had a patio with tables and chairs where you could view the pool and other areas. That was actually something I liked about the room. The only negative I had to stay in the hotel was if you are on the first floor it is very very noisy. The hotel staff does have signs posted saying that quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. but during that time that I was there, after those hours, there were kids running around, lots of talking, music and other noises that made it difficult to sleep. After I did fall asleep and wake up earlier in the morning, it was very quiet. There are a lot of fast food restaurants around the hotel and very awesome interstate access. I would stay here again but I would definitely prefer a room on a floor other than the first floor.”

“Great location for our needs. Hotel was clean, quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable. Check in was super easy, elevators were fast, M Club had some snacks. The only minor complaint we had was the bathroom in our room had no ventilation fan or one that worked. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our international flight was delayed by a day so ended up needing to find a hotel. What an unexpected surprise. The rooms are so clean and spacious! We ended up with a runway view room and I was worried about noise but it wasn't very loud at all. I slept like a baby!It was very cold and we didn't pack for winter so we decided to just eat in the hotel. The food was great and so was the service. The airport shuttle was really nice and was quick. I would definitely make a plan to stay here again on purpose.”

“Rooms: Key card access to most floors, from parking lot, and front doors lock after hours. Many stores and restaurants are walking distance with great sidewalks. Rooms were clean and kept clean.”

“When traveling to Minneapolis this is where you want to stay! The staff is top notch and have always been super helpful when they can. I needed a late checkout beyond that of even the elite tiers and they were able to accommodate my request. This let me workout and shower before a late flight home. This is normally only something reserved for the top elites, but they checked room availability for the next night and approved the request. The rooms are all beautiful and that’s a perfect combination added to the nice restaurant which I’ve hosted clients at multiple times (never any complaints).”

“Rooms: Rooms very nice, big, and cleanFood & drinks: Breakfast was good,Noteworthy details: No money at all,all credit ?, maybe they should tell you when you book a room but had a good time”

“Booked a room here through Expedia that was supposed to have a patio. When we got to our room it did not have a patio. We called down to the front desk and they were able to switch our room, and also brought a new key up to us and helped us move our luggage to the new room. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was also during the time when they had an influx of an additional 90 guests due to flights being canceled at MSP. They stayed calm and accommodating. Our room was large and gorgeous and our private patio was nice, could use a little updating.

Rooms: We had a patio suite with a pull out couch. The room was super spacious and provided us everything we needed. We will be going again and booking that room with an adjoining room for my birthday celebration.”
