AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! HERTZ WILL ROB YOUHertz robbed me $196.30 for loss damage waiver that I did not signed up for when making my initial reservation. I checked in online and again skipped the loss damage waiver fee but when I got to the location they said they have to check me in and added that without my knowledge and now they refused to offer a refund. I called customer service while on the phone talking about my refund she hang up the phone. I will never rent from Hertz again and neither my friends and family. You reading this DO NOT rent from Hertz, I wish I had read this reviews before making the decision to rent from them.

We came much before closing time on a Saturday for our rental and no one was in the office. There was no way to contact an actual person for support on any of the social platforms.

So we booked a Tesla long range model 3. When we arrive they didn't have an available for us They just had a regular one. I asked if they would be able to either give a discount or figure something out at another location because I really needed the long range.Cindy was here and offered to call her manager to see what they could figure out. They ended up getting me into a model yAs a replacement since I intended on using more than an entire charge per day.I just want to give a shout out to them because this exact scenario played out several days ago back in Chicago and that employee screwed us and we had to figure out our own replacement at a different location and it took the better part of a day to do.Thank you guys at this location I really really appreciate you.

This place is absolutely horrible. They have the absolute worst customer service, and their ticket agents are of no help at all. I paid in advance and called to confirm my reservation with time. But when my flight had been rescheduled, I called again to confirm that the reservation would remain valid, and I was told it would be done by customer service. Yet when I arrived to claim my vehicle, I was told that my reservation had been canceled and my vehicle had been rented out to someone else. I tried to speak to their management, but they were of no help whatsoever. Sincerely, if I could force them 0 stars, I would. This place sucks. Please take your well-earned money elsewhere.

Kyle was absolutely awesome. He actually turned our Hertz experience around. We had terrible experiences at MSP airport Hertz location and another hertz location. Really appreciate you listening to us and making our rental experience great. Kyle is the only reason why I would continue to use Hertz. I wish other locations had the same customer service.

Walked in to pick up my rental and the guy had all of my stuff ready. He checked my ID and gave me the keys. I was in and out in less than a minute.I used the drop box for my return since I flew home Sunday and it was very easy. I was charged exactly what I made the reservation for.My car rental was clean and in great condition. Overall very positive experience.

I keep getting hit with late charges because a car gets assigned two hours before pickup time and that starts the rental clock. There must be a way to fix this so the clock doesn't start until the chosen pickup time.

Wpuldnt rent from them ever again in my life. The people that work here at this location are a pain to deal with. The manager is the worst of them. The front counter lady needs a class in how to treat customers. I rented a vehicle in my name, my wallet was downstairs and my wife let me use her card. Same account, same number, different name. The email said to bring the card we used with. When we got there they told us that i needed a credit card in my name. Since we didnt use my credit card i didnt bring it with. I told them to cancel it and they said they couldnt. I told them where to stick their cars and left. Called customer service and they even returned the $50 they said they wouldnt return due to canceling within the 24hr window on the contract. I wish i could use the language i would prefer to describe these.....women that work there, but its google reviews and itll never get posted if i do.I have rented from Hertz many times over the years and it used to be my preferred rental company. No more. I hope you make the same determination without having the horrible experience of dealing with these 2 women.

I got a call from there corporate office, following up to make sure I would be stopping in today to pick up a vehicle. I arrived 5:40 twenty minutes to close. Then waited in the lobby for 15 min for some one to come out and great me. The manager than walks out and starts the conversation with we're closed I left you a voicemail because someone at corporate has you in the system for a pick up. She then tells me that they have no cars available oh and that she doesn't have enough people to clean or other wise...I then said, I can stop in tomorrow, she told me nope it will have to be Monday because we don't have any cars? Looking at the lot there are clearly cars the selection was very small but still. Overall a terrible experience. Would absolutely not recommend coming to this location.

Absolute trash, do not use this company. They are more than happy to take your reservation online but then when you show up they inform you they don't have any cars. How in the hell do you let people make a reservation for a car and then not have one available? Their website is STILL taking reservations for this location for multiple types of vehicles!!! How is that even possible if they don't have any? This isn't rocket science. If I could give them negative 10 stars I would.
