Excellent service! I had an entire brake job done and the techs we're quick about it, detailed, and they did a superb job. The customer service was good and walked me through everything and all the options I had available.

Very poor service, the staff did not even acknowledge as I walked, total waste of my time at this place, I was never explained what was going to be done to the car, it took 3 hours for them to not do anything and their excuse to why it took too long was that reception computer was not working do not recommend this place to anyone

After 5 pm on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I ended up with a flat. I live a few hours away from Richfield and needed to drive back on Sunday. I took the tire off, put the spare on, and started my rush to a tire place for a patch. The first place I contacted, starting with the closest, gave me a flat out "no" but did suggest another shop. The techs at that shop had already gone home butI could drop the tire off, and they could maybe get to it the next day.In a hail Mary pass, I called Goodyear and explained my situation. They said if I could be there in 5 minutes, it was now 5:35 and they closed at 6, they would patch my tire. Luckily, I was three minutes away.To make this already long saga shorter, the tire could not be repaired, and I needed two new tires. They had the size I needed in stock and installed them for me that night, finishing up about 6:40. I left the business card with my daughter, who lives in the area, so I do not have the name of the employee at hand to give him a shout-out. I am so appreciative for what they did for me.

Same like the other person said the staff extremely rude.They said, they could not fix the tire instead they wanted to buy all four tires, I just laughed and leave

My daughter lives 2 hours away, and Goodyear in Richfield has taken the best care of us - keeping her car fixed, honest and just one of the best places - definitely recommend Tom is awesome to work with - so thankful!

Great experience bringing it in for a free maintenance inspection. It took about an hour, and they had a nice waiting area. They went through everything they found and didn't pressure me into paying for any additional work. I will use them again!

Replaced pothole damaged tire quickly. And put spare tire and tools I had strewn around in car back in place! Did not expect that!

I came in for a brake check and Brian was wonderful. He helped me after a long process of trying to figure out what was going on with my brakes. My technician, Karyn, did a great job, my car rides smooth without any noise. Thank you all.

Sold me a “new” tire that already had a leak. It was at 9 psi within a week. Also had to wait 2 hours for them to replace one tire.
