We were just popping in and out quickly for one night. Didn’t use any amenities aside from the lobby bar. The highlight of this place was the service. Chantelle was so kind and attentive. Xander at the bar was friendly. Shoutout to those two!

I stayed a week for business, and one of the big reason I chose to stay here was because of the room I booked (it had a whirlpool tub in it). When I got there there was t a stopper for the tub and I had to ask twice for one. The original staff member I asked said it had to be a request made to a manager because it was a maintenance request essentially. The manager when I spoke to him said that maintenance would deliver it to my room the following day, the other option was to have me move rooms which I appreciated the offer but didn’t find it necessary for a tub stopper. I never did see the stopper brought to my room though so I ended up using alternative methods to plug the drain. The covering under the spout for the water popped off one day as well towards the end of my stay. I’m not sure why but I also couldn’t get the phone in my room to work, even though it was plugged in. I had multiple issues with my digital key refusing to work, but whether that’s because of the system they use or my phone acting up no one will ever know. Cleaning staff were amazing and very quick on cleaning the rooms every day. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but I wouldn’t personally pay to stay here more than a night for the convenience of the airport.

I usually look for clean and safe first and no complaints there. The staff was very friendly and the hotel restaurant is conveniently open late which saved me having to go out again when I was tired. Comfy bed. Only complaint is their blackout curtain wasn’t really a blackout curtain just a second shade so didn’t do much to keep light out (and was quirky getting stuck when I tried to open/close it).

Mack, Chantrell, can’t remember her name but she has Asian heritage and even though she has exwife name lol Andrea was awesome and all rest of the staff where great great place to stay and breakfast people too I recommend staying there!!!!

The hotel is nice. The airport shuttle is terrible! One shuttle for two hotels, and shuttle was extremely late both times . Had to spend extra money on Lyft. Disappointing.

This place is clean I have been here multiple times stayed on different floors and have never once had a problem the service is very friendly they let you know that hey you might not get your money back right away it's all in the way that you treat people that you get treated but I will give this place five stars

I paid for a candy bar
They charged me $ 462.10
This happened a week ago, the general manager told me sorry after they screwed up
A week has gone by and they have yet to release the hold on my account
I’ve called my bank every day. They provided me the phone number that the hotel could call but they have yet to do that.
I get treated rudely hung up on by the assistant,and front desk staff
I just wast my money.
Review on the hotel
The breakfast staff and the cleaning staff are absolutely amazing
Front desk staff some really don’t have a clue
The general manager is inept
The sales lady is nice enough, but yet when mistakes are made on their part, it’s a real fight to try to get The situation straightened out
The location sucks, the parking lot is way too small, and to get any kind of food shopping you have to cross two busy streets
To some of this up, they lied to me for a week now that should’ve been taken care of a day one
There are hotels much better hotels, closer to the mall of American airport who actually seem to care about your business
Noteworthy details: I’m a tour operator. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing customer service! Had an issue that the management went above and beyond on in terms of customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this location knowing the staff will make it right

Maybe look into hiring staff that actually wants to work there. Front desk overweight "gentleman" that couldn't figure out how to tuck all of his shirt in, or comb his hair would be best suited to an office job that wasn't customer facing. At the very least he should be trained to welcome guests instead of berating them as they are trying to check-in or check-out. Having employees starting arguments with a guest reflects poorly on employee training, and speaks volumes to the overall care that you put towards your guests. The hotel is convenient but there are others very close by that surely have actually trained their employees to be both groomed and hospitable. My advice? Go to another hotel and leave this one far behind in your rear view mirror. To simply say this was a "lousy" experience doest even touch the depths of unprofessionalism shown by this employee that you've chosen to represent you at your front desk.
