The female manager with dark hair took my name, email address, phone number, along with a photocopy of my receipt three weeks ago so that she could check the status of my “missing shipment” and “Call me back on Monday.”Still waiting for that phone call.

The work was great but the representative Eric does what he wants, not what you ask, he rushes and does not listen to special requests. He had to redo my order 4 different times because he wasn’t paying attention to detail!

Very long wait lines. A self-help receipt print out machine would assist with this issue tremendously. I will frequent this location regularly upon installation.

Jean was so helpful and friendly and just overall so pleasant to work with. I was here for almost two hours working on scanning architectural plans and she was so nice in helping me when the machine was not really user friendly at times. Would come to this location purely for her!

"You were loitering then!" said anemployee at the counter whenthere was a woman looking atgreeting cards and I was waitingto print out a receipt.Apparently at least one employeeat this store hassles customerswith bogus "loitering" trash talk.Also:"Tracking information is unavailable"describes my experience waitingfor a Fed Ex delivery.The website even says this afterpackages have been deliveredto me.December, 2022

I had a great experience at this location. I had been to another location just before 0611 and was not entirely impressed. The help from Jean (I hope I got their name right), was amazing. She completely turned my experience around. Not only was she on top of her game and multitasking between printing my project and helping others, but she had the friendliest air about her. I thought about finding a way to steal her for the company I work for. I highly recommend this location solely for Jean.

I needed to fax documents and always need help as I over think things. The staff Dom was so helpful, patient and kind to walk me through the process. She deserves a raise!! Need more employees like her?
