Showed them the paper address showed them the address on my phone and the package still ended up being returned. Don't recommend obviously aren't paying attention terrible service!

I had to run in for some quick help in printing a presentation for a meeting. David was quick to jump in and help me out. He was attentive, recognized the sense of urgency to get in and get out and was fabulous in meeting my needs.

Seriously the worst customer service I've ever encountered every time I go here. I frequently ship items and sometimes am forced to use FedEx and every time I have to spend 15-20 minutes there when I'm holding a package that is paid for and ready to ship. USPS has a bin where you can drop the packages that are pre paid and leave maybe you should take notes

Nicely located from 35W. All of their printing and shipping services are spaced out with even a lounge area in back, very roomy FedEx storewhich makes it easier to find what your looking for. However, they could use a couple more employees here. While waiting myself another customer who was already waiting when I arrived said they they were very slow. Update: Went in to pick up some posters I had ordered online. One was printed wrong or rather not to my liking. The staff redid the poster on the spot with out charge, which was printed onto foam board. He was very accommodating, excellent customer service!!
