The shop owner was very rude does not want customers and he is not even organized to be talking about making appointments! He’s not professional and the welds came out horrible DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! There is other shops out there

Does not do quality exhaust work. Welds came out bad had another shop fix this. Plus has horrible customer service will not be coming back here anymore.

OH MY GOSH!!!! Michael was FANTASTIC!!! He fixed the exhaust pipe problems I was having. I'd gone to other places that had refused to do the job. Mike was great! He explained everything to me, and got the job done! Now my car is a VERY QUIET RIDE. It's a little difficult to tip toe into a neighborhood, and a place of employment, when you have an exhaust problem like I did. So Michael, I thank you, ...I'm sure my boss would thank you, -as well as my neighborhood would thanks you.? ?❤️.

My catalytic converter was stolen. Exhaust Pros Fine Automotive in Richfield, MN made the replacement process PAINLESS.
I called shortly after the theft occured and Mo asked me to drop the car off the next morning. Repacement converter installed, and I'm back on the road in less than 24 hours.
Quote seemed fair but didn't shop around. Less than 24 hours turn around is priceless. They did what they said and the price matched the quote. Immaculate experience working with this business.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!I have an older truck, the owner told me that they are VERY familiar with my vehicle and that it would take somewhere from a half to a full day to replace my exhaust system from the manifold to tailpipe... I set an appointment, I called the day before the appointment to confirm. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, some other guy tells me that the owner is out of town and that this guy is feeling sick so maybe come back tomorrow and he can get it done. I did. He did not work on it the first day other than to cut off the old system I had on the truck, making it VERY loud. Now I can't/don't want to drive it as-is, so I can't just pull out of the deal and find a competent exhaust shop.. I'm feeling kinda stuck.These guys had my truck for 10 days... It sounded great, but they charged more than we agreed to initially, I paid the man and thought, OK lesson learned... on the way home something sprung loose and the truck was loud as hell... I turned around and brought it back to them, they explain that they have used a manifold from a different vintage - meaning that they need to block a few small holes that I apparently don't need and one of the "plugs" came loose and fell out - I'm thinking "what the hell" I paid for stock replacement... not "whatever parts you have laying around" replacement.... they plug it up again and I leave.I asked my regular mechanic to survey the work done... when he was finished laughing at the horrible craftsmanship, he explained to me that on one side of my engine they used a manifold that blocks my oil dip stick - now I can't get the stick out to check oil and on the other side of my engine they have used a manifold that causes the exhaust to take a 90 degree turn before flowing through the exhaust pipe towards the muffler, etc.... so in other words, they used two different exhaust manifolds on my truck - one blocks my ability to check the oil and the other is working for now, but very likely will not be working well for long.The owner refuses to speak with me, or refund me, or fix the issue. He blames "the guy" who did the work... tells me to speak with him.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience. Stopped by because I was in the neighborhood and know I had a small hole in my exhaust. Got to chatting about some custom piping and Gabe was very knowledgable and helped come up with an idea for what I wanted. Great quality, made it happen that day (even stayed past close to make sure it was done properly. Great price for the quality. Love the new driving experience.

Highly recommended. They checked and found the issue that needed to be fixed on the vehicle for free. Cheapest option out all places checked. Other garages told me might leave vehicle to repair for a day but they fixed it so fast within hours! Got a new Flex Pipe and I’m happy I did. Check it out yourself and at least get the free checkout of the issue of your vehicle!

This guy wants to do quick and easy jobs only. You cannot set an appointment and even if you wait in line before 9:00 to get in he'll turn you down if it's too complicated. He has poor scheduling and customer interfacing skills. It's a joke of a business it's run down and it's not run well is the bottom line. Expect a runaround and a hassle scheduling and timewise and you might even get turned away. He straight up lied to me about the amount of time it would take to do my job as if I didn't understand. Don't expect to be able to do any kind of real custom work at this place even mildly simple custom work. He wants 15 minutes to half hour work jobs only to pump people in and out of there and get as much money as he can. Period.

Came in for some advice and a quote on exhaust work, the quotes were good and I was given good advice on the best solution for my vehicle. I was even able to look at my car on a lift! Overall solid experience.
